With my kinda rigid interpretation of Rule 1, this should be posted on an hardware community. !gaming maybe ?
Edit : After a good night of sleep I have to admit I was too rigid here. I’ll be more lenient in the future about hardware related subject, when it has to do with gaming. I’d probably still remove a topic about the latest AMD CPU or similar, but games consoles and its peripherals are indeed related enough to games to be allowed.

I still have no idea what you are on about and it sounds like you actually have a different set of rules you want to enforce.
So rather than confuse everyone when you are tired… maybe update the sidebar and the list of rules so that people know what you want this board to discuss?
Whoa, I didn't know that. The Dreamcast's 9/9/99 launch date in North America is so memorable, I had no idea that the Playstation came out exactly four years earlier. So there are two birthdays today!
I found that Steam Link didn’t work very well over wifi, hopefully this does something different. Still, $199.99 to play your existing PS5 on a smaller screen seems like a lot to ask.
Remote play on Steam Deck (and previously on the Steam Link) works fine for me, if the PC is connected via Ethernet while the Deck/Link is connected via WiFi. There’s no discernable inlut lag for most games. But half the time I run into random issues with controllers not being recognized properly or sound cutting out. It’s such a disappointment.
I tried playing the Ascent from wired in computer onto my Steam Deck and it was laggy AF. I had everything on the lowest settings and it was barely playable. Idk if the Steam Deck is expected to be plugged into the router too but I was sitting right next to it.
A good WiFi 6 mesh network can do wonders here! I can stream steamvr games to a quest 2 on the other side of the house with really very minimal latency. Regular games to the living room TV are even better (both the host and client see the WiFi mesh pods as Ethernet)
My main issues with Steam Link is that I have to adjust settings when I swap platforms. If I go from my 34inch screen to my Steamdeck, I gotta change everything manually to fit the Steamdeck’s diminished capability.
If you read the article you’d know that it’s for cross platform progress of trophies and it also includes your PlayStation friends. Neither of which Steam does
You can’t see your achievements for a Steam game in the overlay? I rarely ever use it, but that seems like something that must be there. Are we talking about the Shift+Tab overlay, or something else?
It sounds like you can access your actual PS network friends and earn PS trophies. I hope that is in addition to achievements on Steam itself and not a replacement. I would imagine many people getting the PC version don’t have a PlayStation in the first place.
If this was written by the Devs it would seem to confirm that Deepened Pact stacking with Extra Attack is intended. Seems absolutely insane to me but what do I know.
In 5e I can take a level of warlock and at character level 5 the cantrip outdamages a heavy crossbow.
I can make a warlock 2 / bard 3 and both of their selected cantrips scale based on Character level.
You should absolutely be able to mix and match extra attack features. There isn't a reason, other than 3+ attacks is a primary fighter feature, that extra attacks shouldn't stack.
