I still use 1337x.to for most things but i had some problems lately where the site freezes and all buttons redirect to some "tinder" add or so. Is this normal now or something in my browser config
I think it’s the ad overlay, when I click the search button an ad opens in another tab and I have to go back to re click the button. Sometimes 2-3 times before I’m allowed to click.
It’s annoying but 3 clicks for a movie is obviously cheap.
In my country torrent sites are blocked, so I use a search plugin for qBittorrent to find Linux ISOs. I don’t quite remember which one I use or how I installed, but it was quite simple. Google is your friend.
NMS is super janky in spots… but it pulls off a whole lot of awesome things I can’t do anywhere else, so I tolerate all the junk and loading stutters and fading in geometry…
It's a few years old, but I've been working on getting 100% achievements in Conarium over the weekend. I'm always a sucker for a Lovecraftian game, and it's one of the more visually interesting walking sims that I've played. I only have two achievements left, so I'm hoping I can clear them either today or tomorrow. I need more disk space for other games lmao
I’ve been playing Darkest Dungeon. I just reinstalled Death Stranding to test an AAA Windows title on Linux and it works so I think I’ll start that up. I feel ready for a walking simulator replay.
I’m eyeing Starfield as well, might see if I can get that running.
I was super addicted to Darkest Dungeon whenever I first got it. I never ended up finishing it, but I loved the art style and the community mods that are out there.
When it comes to “classic” comedy, then Hi-Fi Rush is one of the highlights in recent times. Not only are there a lot of jokes in the dialogue that landed for me, all the cutscenes are also loaded with perfectly timed visual gags. Lots of humour hidden in the environment as well.
Other than that, any “serious” game that has a wonky physics engine can accidentally be pretty funny on accident. Slinging around corpses in Dark Souls 1 for example.
Wholly dependent on the game. Lots of Indies feel like decent, self contained games ranging from 3-8 hours of gameplay. Gris, Inside, Abzu, Thomas Was Alone, etc.
