Well, this is misleading. My mind goes to the likes of Sony first party titles in reading this headline, but the examples that the article uses as a metric for “PlayStation exclusive” are more like the games that either were paid to not go to Xbox or didn’t see the fiscal sense in doing so. It doesn’t rule out first party titles, but that’s far from the most likely. Of Sony’s first party games, the ones most likely to come to Xbox, if at all, are the live service games, and that’s looking increasingly like a strategy that Sony regrets anyway, so why even bother with Xbox when it’s not going to move the needle?
This is hardly news. Path of Exile has server queues at the start of every major launch. I think it’ll be great news if absolutely nothing goes wrong with the launch.
Yeah, that’s the draw XDef has over CoD. It’s F2P and generally the content is earnable, outside of some cosmetics and additional currency. I think both “locked” factions can be bought through challenge completions, so not really P2W either, paying just unlocks it faster. And it’s not a bad shooter either imo, it’s just…the same as every other shooter. Very average.
Not really mad about it. It’s an older type of game, mechanics are almost obsolete even by arcade standards. This is an easy money maker for Sega and probably won’t cost very much for them to implement. I doubt anyone is expecting a legitimately new Crazy Taxi single player game anymore.
We here at Naughty Dog respect that, though they are great games, our fans have felt some exhaustion at seeing only remasters of Naughty Dog’s old games. Hence, we are proud to announce our newest project: Skyrim Remastered.
