The only one I’ve played is The Rise of the Golden Idol. If you haven’t played that one or its predecessor, The Case of the Golden Idol, I highly recommend both. They’re very good logic/deduction puzzle games. You basically examine a frozen moment in time and then deduce what happened based on that.
Looks good and I like the premise, but I’m well past giving EA a cent for “looks good and nice premise”. I’m never gonna touch that stove again, cold or not.
Holding all judgement till reviews. 1+2 were awesome. 3 was a definite low point and then it explored new and exciting depths of the brightest dumpster fire with that abortion of a “movie”.
Wish companies would announce games later in development cycle. Often they announce too early that if it comes out, I’m sick of reading news, or videos shown about it, announced years ago. It feels like an old game at that point and takes any hype away. At least for me.
I think the product placement is meant to invoke corporate overlord cyberpunk vibes, but it’s difficult to pull that off while still wanting to make money from Adidas and Porsche. It will probably be a great game, I hope they get the tone/vibe right though.
