I wonder if this was the reason for my dislike of the costumes in one of the marvel Thor movies. Just remember them looking like a cheap cos player outfit made from plastic.
I remember an old Superman comic. Trapped under a red sun, Supes is powerless, but his Kryptonian supersuit is still indestructible. Supes is bruised and battered but his clothes stay immaculate.
[iirc, the supersuit is made of Kryptonian tech and was originally blankets used to swaddle in infant Kal-El]
That’s true, Sting is my favorite part of DL’s dune. He played Feyd-Rautha so well.
Also, Patrick Stuart is my favorite part of dune. He was an excellent Halleck.
Kyle McLaughlin though… He was my favorite part of dune, such an outstanding Paul. Always felt a little mature for the role, but he did an amazing job none the less.
That and Alecia Witt… Man, that creepy little girl, and the oddly mismatching voice… My favorite part for sure.
I’d be incredibly happy if that were true, but it isn’t. We’ve had proper Pokemon alternatives since before Pokemon even existed and they haven’t slowed that shitty franchise one bit. Megaten is still niche, Digimon is still niche, cassette beasts (the actual goty) has an even smaller audience than those games, if this was major discontent with Pokemon cassette beasts at least would be in a much better place (since it literally released last year, perfect to take advantage of Pokemon’s unending failures). Gotta nip that unwarranted optimism in the bud, gamefreak sucks and will never improve, their fans suck and will never improve.
I truly wish I had access to Steam. I see all these wonderful casual puzzle games (my #1 love) and they never come out on Switch. But I don't have a good computer that is up to date and it cannot run Steam at all. My mouth waters when I see playthroughs of certain Steam games on Youtube.
You can get a computer which can run Steam the low-spec library for less than $100 if you get a very common used office computer. I’ve seen as low as $50 for a functional machine only a few years old. Most likely it could run most puzzle games.
My computer is supposed to be able to run anything, and it runs virtually nothing. I can't even get basic things like email or older games to run on this thing. I've never had good luck with technology - but maybe I'll invest in a newer computer once of these days and hope for the best.
Sounds like it’s relatively new. If it came out of the box not being able to run games or email you may have some faulty hardware. If it ran decently at first but now having issues you may have some processes running taking up all your computer’s resources. The latter issue is a pretty straightforward fix by an IT guy, but the only way around hardware failure is replacement.
Yep, it's on Switch, I originally bought a physical copy for PS4 back when it first came out, but then my PS4 gave out around the same time I was gifted with a Switch system. And then I found out all my PS4 games were pretty much also available on Switch. But what I really envy are people who can play Steam games, they are so much my type of casual games.
The new voice of Mario who is the new voice of Wario, is also the voice of Luigi. Either this man is a talent who can do multiple voices, or they sound the same. I didn't play enough to know the answer. Has anyone listened closer?
Do you think voice actors can only do one voice? Being able to do multiple different voices is the basic requirement for a voice actor, unless you’re one of the select few who get away with one voice (looking at you Patrick Warburton), but for most voice actors, they learn by mimicking as many characters as they can.
If you say so and I think about, It makes sense. It's like an actor playing different roles in movies. I was really impressed when reading the news the Mario voice actor could do Wario as well and feel kinda dumb now. :D
Sall good, I forget people aren’t as obsessed with voice actors as I am, there’s some really talented people out there doing voice acting and I hope more roles can open up for them.
