Nice that they’re working to make the game better. I was excited for it but it got bad press so I held off. Hope that it gets to the point where it’s worth picking up to play with friends.
As a casual viewer of LTT this is surprising. The show seemed relatively wholesome and helpful, but obviously I missed moments to the contrary that people are pointing out now. Being an infrequent watcher, seeing threads suddenly popup that call for Linus to step back/step down are like whaaaaaat. Internet is a fast moving place.
Anybody remember the mods for this where you had a gun that would dispense bricks so you could build stuff? There was also a mini-nuke mod that you could use to blow up said constructions. It was one of my favorite things to do in Quake II and would often result in my computer crashing because it couldn’t handle all the collision physics.
