It also released a Naughty Pack of more mature games though considering most players like to make the basic games rude, it’s unclear how popular these have been.
The Naughty pack was disappointing. 3 okay games for $20. 2 of them were games we’ve seen before. For $30 you could grab Party Pack 7 which is infinitely better.
This one I played. It’s a cool idea but many of the survey answers are just really stupid. I swear sometimes they just asked 14 y/o shitposters online instead of real people.
I know literally nothing about this game and I mostly play FPS or racing games. What even is this game and what does the actual gameplay look like? I don’t give a crap about stories as I always skip them. I just want to know what the actual gameplay loop consists of.
It’s a fairly realistic medieval adventure rpg, sword fighting is stance based and very hard, you also suck at everything to begin with because you start off as an illiterate blacksmiths son. The sequel is a continuation of his story. It’s pretty story focused but you can definitely have a ton of fun just wandering around stealing shit and fighting people if you want to, once you get good at stealing and fighting
The second one gives you the necessary flashbacks to catch up if you should intend to follow the story. It also explains all the basics of the game mechanics as part of the quests.
Game Awards lost any credibility at this point. Black Myth Wukong truly deserved the grand prize. I played the game and I believe it, both the concurrent steam players and sales numbers confirm it as well
Well is not a popularity contest, so sales number and number of players doesn’t count to the award, they won the player voice award that is a popularity contest.
Like any awards show, the awards are completely subjective anyway, so it's completely pointless to even care about them, it's not like an old gaming magazine's recommendations.
I’m not jesting, I know they will do it. Bloodborne is a literal goldmine. They could’ve ported to PC and swam in money. By now it’s probably too late to do that, most of the hype went away. But a Bloodborne 2? Yah.
The game released but afterwards due to a lawsuit over who owned the rights, development of additional content was halted. Which if you’re going to do the whole GaaS really puts a damper on things.
You are right, the description on the product page is only talking about Home Wifi and playing at home. Which led me to believe it cannot be used remotely. Only when looking at the FAQ they clarify it can be used anywhere.
A lot of the initial criticisms have been fixed in further updates. Now the connection is very stable, works with outside networks. They just implemented PS Plus PS5 streaming (so without connecting to a console).
Are you really cherry picking some big media outlets like IGN? It was another IGN moment where most peoples opinion did not match what IGN rated. They gave the Steam Deck 7/10…
At launch it was not well received, with many issues, being overpriced and the only compatible earphones being very expensive and not available too. It was an embarrassment through and through at launch across almost all media and users. I’ve read and watched reviews and opinions. You are not being honest here, as some of the biggest issues are fixed just recently and some over the course of 1 year since it launched.
!To be honest, I kind of wish they just hadn’t bothered with portraying the ending. They set up such cool lore, and I didn’t really need the avant-garde film at the end. A cut to credits would’ve been fine.!<
