I will say that I am incredibly biased for this game. To the point that My friends when we play Sea of Thieves always have to listen to me (jokingly) complain about how Sea of Thieves should control the ship more like Black Flag. But I still find that its naval controls is by far one of my favorite methods of doing it. It’s done in a way where it’s not too clunky and you need to micromanage, but it doesn’t take away from the action and makes you really feel epic. At least that’s how I personally about it
I’d like to answer as someone without nostalgia: yes it does. I played Odyssey in 2020 and IV 2022-current. The ship mechanics are very enjoyable to me. I beleive Odyseey made it more polished but I can’t actually remember how, so it must not be that important
Wonderful game. It was my Lockdown game where me and my mates would just meet up and do whatever. The boat was our social hub and it was a great game to play in the background while just having a good time.
Um, super weird question, but would you DM me what that medication is? I’m dealing with some aggressive degeneration and trying to get out in front of it as much as possible, so entertaining all possible options.
The best thing I ever did for my back was take up weightlifting (Specifically deadlifts) I’ve got degenerative disease plus a herniated disc plus spinal arthritis and was living with chronic pain, and now I feel like I’m 20 again. I would encourage anybody with back pain to add deadlifts to their life if possible. Anybody needs any help getting started can drop me a line
That’s awesome! Honestly I think its the best possible thing you can do for yourself. As your strength level comes up you start getting more useful and harder to injure
I have a ThinkPad T61, a laptop from 2007, with only 4 GB of RAM. I can open Firefox with 10 tabs, including a Youtube video at 480p, and still have 1GB of RAM left. Yet people act like 8GB is unusable these days.
A small vps should cost no more than $10/mo, and should be enough to run a text-based site (with compression) reasonably well. Obviously the gotcha will be bandwidth, but you could subsidize that with donations.
