Think of it as a space tourist game. I like to inspect planets and build unique vacation homes. Main quest? Nah, I’m building an upside-down pyramid on top of a tiny island on a planet almost completely covered in water. Why? Because I want to.
I played this as a kid. I loved the game except for the fights. I would press ‘0’ to sucker punch every time. I don’t even know what Indy Quotient is, why should I care about it going down?
Lootbox gambling is a cancer…extra cancer points for aiming it at kids…and wow, that revenue split is insane, no wonder Roblox is such a rich, publicly traded company. Sigh.
I’ve got about 15 hours into it so far (played from when it released into the wee hours of the morning) and the only bugs I came across so far was I’ve seen one person gliding across the ground instead of walking. IMO, this game is an absolute banger and masterpiece. Definitely a breath of fresh air to have a game work out of the box on the first minute
It was a competitive mainstay for years. Like with MvC2, they could probably charge for this one game what they’re going to charge for the whole collection, and people would pay it.
The first two were crackin. The 3rd one with Jean Reno and time travel was a bit odd. I don’t think I finished what came next and the series dropped off my radar until the recent Netflix series. I’m excited about the new ‘Way of The Sword’ game. Might go back and check out the 2019 Warlords remaster.
