Rimworld with a lot of mods. There’s also kenahi, a game that has way worse mod support but is in 3d. A little rusty in the lore but I think it’s technically a post apocalypse game but it’s like 10000 years or more after a societal collaspe of an unspecified type and not on earth.
There is a single player option but the game is way more interesting as a multiplayer game.
You have 30 days to avoid a meteorite destroying your world. You start on a wild planet and you need to progress through several technological advancement to build a laser able to destroy the asteroid.
You have some classical resource collection and processing. However where it become interesting is the fact that every action impact the environment, slowly first then more drastically towards the end.
If the miner left his tailing on the ground untreated then it will slowly pollute the ground and impact the production of the farmer.
If one of the woodcutter cut too much woods in the forest then you create some deforestation, less trees means less pollutions to be absorbed. The hunter can hunt some animals species to extinction or help them to thrive.
Since it’s a multiplayer game there is the possibility of voting laws to protect some lands and which money will be used for global exchange.
It’s a fascinating game, unfortunately it is quite time consuming and not very polished but I love the concept.
Yes. Stopping the meteor requires a number of materials as well as powering the device to destroy the meteor. Also just to clarify, 30 days to stop the meteor is 30 real time days. The game is largely complete and honestly, I don’t think you’d even really notice what’s missing unless you specifically look up what’s not there.
Dont starve together is a good one like another commenter said, I don’t know if it’s couch co-op but when you buy it on steam, you get a free second copy to give to your friend you’re playing with (at least when I bought it)
Yeah good suggestion, that’s the most progression focused one. And had some more guidance than others.
Beyond that, most tech packs would fit the bill, but you’d want to be somewhat familiar with the mods by that point. Thinking of like… create above and beyond, multiblock madness, sky factory…
GustavoM your name sounds familiar, did you play Planetside? I was (technically still am) in one of the leetfits and we would have some of the aim gods try to share their knowledge and it boiled down to something similar. Don’t tense your hand (click to fire naturally tenses your hand so you have to learn to reduce that), prioritize a relaxed posture, and learn your mouse grip (try them all out!). I’ve heard OSU is very good for those that want to improve their hand eye coordination (and get comfortable with their mouse). I’ve also heard of using spacebar to shoot but only when you want to isolate aim from shooting. But you should train both together as well.
Yep. And I still play from time to time, despise getting my arse served by most players. And I’ve got to admit that hand tension is exactly -THE- “main” problem for me, despise trying to be as relaxed as possible with drinks and the like. I do have lots of “Why my crosshair isn’t moving to where I want it to go?” moments due to it.
…and I… (kind of) given up, honestly. I’m about to be a 40 year old geezer, so eh.
W sumie to moje konto główne. Wynagrodzenie dostaje na konto w banku krajowym a potem zasilam sobie konto revolut jakąś tam kwotą, czasami kilkuktornie w ciągu miesiąca.
I never played the first one past the tutorial because I was younger and it got too scary. I had a forced PC upgrade and got the game for free and probably would have finished by now, but the whole sounds not syncing up is ruining my immersion, so I guess I’ll wait a few more patches.
Since launch I’ve had to download two patches already. I’m playing on ps5 so it’s uncertain whether they’d help you or not, but that’s all to say that you may be able to play sooner than later since they’re offering so much post-release support.
