It’s like, ‘I have terrible news: we didn’t have enough work to keep paying the mechanics, so now we have no one to fix all the broken delivery trucks!’
I'm so tired of the AAA hype machine. Who cares, since this game is years away from a release and probably 3-4 years of post-release patches from being decent.
I thought CD Projekt would have learned from Cyberpunk's incredibly prolonged marketing campaign and it's remarkably shoddy release but I guess not.
It would be really awesome if Massive would have developed Skull and Bones, because I think with their expertise in mmo gameplay and engine development they would have given us something really great, instead of the frankenstein monster we have now.
But related to the topic, Avatar is easily the best looking open world game of this year and I look forward to their Star Wars Game game and the next installment in the Division!
Yeah. Ive seen this same article posted every year since Sony premiered Ghost of Tsushima across the road from the LACC. Before that, they said it was dead when they banned booth babes. It also hasnt existed for the last 3 years.
Well yeah but the esa was still trying to keep it running. This is the final announcement that they aren’t even trying anymore. It’s done done this time
I just wish the games that are remade/remastered are basically just graphic updates, with some bug fixes and minor qol additions. That’s it. Not like what they did to ff7.
Hell, diablo 2 Remaster was good. The addition of being able to swap between new and old graphics on the fly is amazing tbh.
I feel publishers are doing small stabs at originals while doing full milk-yo-wallet efforts with remakes/remasters. Pretty conservative approach, imo.
