I just started playing this yesterday. It’s super fun and gorgeous. It’s pretty janky and simple but 100% worth playing.
It really leans into a lot of things that make the genre great and pays homage to the ones that came before. I see a lot of Elder Scrolls and Witcher 3 influences. I truly believe this would be GotY contender if it had a AAA budget.
I would really love to kill some time on my phone. The games I have tried include: Slay the spire, shattered pixel dungeon, unciv, dead cells. Other than that, are there any solid phone games or otherwise ports, paid or not?
I can’t be sure it’s from this game as I played it 100 years ago, but
There was a mission where you’re in a German base. You’re just fucking their shit up and they start saying weird shit over the PA like, “Surrender now and you vill be treated vith charity und kindness.”
I saw la blue girl when I was 18 and it traumatized me. That shit is fucked up. I thought it was anime bc my friend had a big collection and it was just there on the shelf.

Palworld has been out for one year now, and it feels like the game has been plagued by controversies. From accusations of ripping off Pokemon, an actual lawsuit from Nintendo, AI art, cryptocurrency, and a previous game from the developer still in early access, is Palworld itself worth all of it?
I liked it. It was fun with friends too. It feels like almost everything wasn’t a controversy, though especially since the game has at least an element of satire. The real controversy was the misinformation and straight up lying of several YouTubers and Nintendo patenting the most generic bullshit.
Today’s game is Cyberpunk 2077. I’ve been wanting to save this for my new gaming rig i’ve been planning (i think Lemmy will be happy to know i’m planning to stay with Linux lol), but after getting news some of the parts won’t be here until Febuary, i’ve decided my Steam Deck can go through one last Marathon Sprint...

May have been gifted a game that they...

I spent most of today doing Story Missions, so i’m going to be keeping the Screenshots a bit light so as to keep from spoiling it for anybody who might...
