Seems sort of weird. They say "when we make a deal we expect prioritization of AMD features" but that they don't explicitly say you can't add DLSS. I think that's too much grey area to say for sure, especially when the one saying it is on one side.
There was a recent game announcement that was Amd sponsored that has both (I think it was the avatar game?). I think it's very likely many of the games are time or budget constrained, and so when they're given money from AMD they implement that first and if they've got time or previous code add DLSS.
This feels like the old console money that Sony & Microsoft would give where developers focused some extra optimization or early engine design around one platform because of extra funding. If I recall, Sony gave a bunch of money to xplatform games.
But then there is the (hopefully) good news! From now on, we are stopping the embargo on the expansion content, and we will be publishing Friday Facts every week about all the different aspects of the expansion until release!

In what way did he qualify as a Master Thief? He stole stuff from an assembly line then posted video about it under his own name. Sounds very non-masterly to me.
I hope this works out and becomes a viable competitor to DLSS3, especially with this most recent generation of games getting so demanding spec wise. I also appreciate that they make it available for any graphics card from any company. Nvidia certainly has some edge in propiatary features that AMD is having trouble matching at the moment, but Nvidia becoming even more dominant is bad news. Lack of competition will only encourage them to stagnate in the future and increase prices even higher. I’ll probably be looking to upgrade my own gpu soon so am very interested in how the just announced amd 7800xt compares against the Nvidia 4070.
