Started playing Generation Zero again. Fooling around with the new augments and 2-shotting Firebats mostly.

Decided to play KSP again after months of ignoring it. (Due to performance)

Managed to strip some unnecessary mods and parts of my ship.

Now it only just crashes once or twice a day.

I just finished Cocoon and it’s a beautiful game with fantastic puzzles.

Mostly Wildermyth, it’s a gentle but compelling story driven/generating RPG that occupies those few half hours I have for gaming!

Super Mario Wonder, getting all the seeds. Not the hardest game, but good solid fun and loaded with charm.

Didn’t Lego Island have dialogue?

Smorty,

Yeah, but Lego island is in its own tier.

got a chance to try lethal company on steam - it’s a really fun online co-op horror roguelike where you scavenge for parts on moons that may or may not be inhabited. corporate doesn’t care what’s in these caves as long as it makes them money. great with friends or randoms, the proximity chat makes for a fun and scary experience with a drg / viscera cleanup style corporate setting.

also played through most of greener grass awaits, which is a unique and fun horror golf game - also free. i recommend at least trying it out, the horror gameplay elements mesh with the golf in a novel way that makes for a rare horror game with engaging moment to moment gameplay.

Thrive. Essentially spore 2. Been in development 10 years and is entirely free to play. If you want to support them it’s €4 on steam.

Showerthough: Since this wasn’t actually a random person, what if we had a system where I genuinely ask a random person what they think of XYZ? Like speed-dating for games opinions.

New Vegas was ok, but I liked 1 and 2 more. You made me interested, I’ll give it a go! Thank you!

I recently bought Invisible Inc., a turn-based tactical stealth game. I had my eye on it for almost 8 years now, but I seldom found time to play any other game than DotA. Now that I have beat my addiction, I can finally enjoy some games I had on my wishlist for a very long time. I also bought the first two Thief games and Grim Fandango Remastered.

Grim Fandango made me tear up. I have never had so much fun in years playing a video game. I really enjoy adventure games (played Myst, Monkey Island, Beneath a Steel Sky) but I have the feeling that this style of game is a bit out of fashion currently. Any recommendations for modern adventure games?
