Inside and Naissancee have a lot of moments that just gave me a huge sense of awe. They have some really haunting, yet beautiful scenes.
Thumper just makes me constantly question how the hell the devs made the game look that way.
Half Life Alyx is weird because it didn’t so much blow me away with the huge things as it did with the small things. There’s so many small objects and details everywhere that stand up even when you’re physically shoving your face into them.
Chicory is an artistic top-down Zelda-style game that is not only adorable with its cute characters and world, but it also invites you to add color to the world and give it your own touch.
What do you mean by “All in one save menu?” / “not windows save menu but built in save menu”? Do you mean pre-ribbon interface, because that was introduced in Office 2007 and would mean that you’re looking for MS Word 2003 or earlier.
Here, have a look at this visual history of MS Word, it may help jar your memory about which one you’re after.
I mean when you save documents then a save window come up, the built-in save menu save everything in it like save docs to other formats (pdf dot…), save to a specific location, edit author… all in one window but the one have right now I have right doesn’t have that, here is a pictures how I remembered it https://lemmy.ca/pictrs/image/5ae936fe-dcf6-45bf-aff2-02eb8a8dad93.png
You should be able to replicate that even in Word 365 (Desktop) by opening Word, going to Options, (or File then options if you have a document open) click the Save category on the left then check (or unchecking) the box for “Don’t show the Backstage when opening or saving files with keyboard shortcuts”.
In the latest version of Word 365 if I check that box I get the floating Save dialog. If I uncheck it I get the embedded version.
Thing is I’m pretty sure that option, or something very similar, has existed in the same place with every Word version since 2013 and perhaps even 2010. You can learn more about “Backstage” here.
I think the Circuit Board Background / Theme was introduced along with theming in either 2010 or 2013 and can still be done even in the latest versions of Word 365. You can find out how to do that here.
Firelord is an old one but gorgeous. Chicory is pretty, in a colouring book sort of way. Child of Light and Forgotton Anne have fairly similar aesthetics but are both lovely.
Depends on whether you want lossless or lossy. For lossy, OOG Vorbis is the way to go if you want to support open source. If you don’t care about that, WMA is a proprietary format alternative. Both WMA and Vorbis have better quality than MP3, with equivalent file sizes. I use Vorbis myself, because it’s free.
If you want lossless, idk, because I don’t fuck with that.
Just a small question let us say i wanted to convert all of my mp3 files into oog or wma. Will i loose some quality or it is fine (my files are around 128kbps)??? Because better quality for same size seems like a switch i would do. (I will convert with AIMP)
If they’re already MP3 then don’t bother. Can’t make it sound better after it’s already been compressed. You’d need to get source material then convert to whatever format.
There’s nothing wrong with MP3 though. Hell most people are listening to streaming like Pandora and Spotify and don’t complain.
There might be, but as a standard mp3 is by far the most cross compatible format on any device. Plus, if you feel like it later you can just create a program to convert all the mp3 files into other formats.
My phone will play .ogg with VLC, but the little bar that tracks song progress is broken, same with .opus. .flac works but phone manufacturers have decided I don’t need storage space and I instead need their cloud, which I refuse to use, so .mp3 it is.
If you’re having issues with OOG, then try AAC. It was designed to be the successor to MP3, and when MP3 is phased out in the coming years, it will be in favor of AAC. I use Vorbis because it’s open source, but there are other options than that.
My biggest complaints about it is awful performance, and that it silently deletes the savegames if I uninstall the game, no cloud save even!
I spent so damn long in the editor creating this kickass Eddie Riggs wannabe and now he’s gone because I wanted to wait a bit for a performance patch. 😭 So I haven’t had the motivation to return to the game since I found out.
I want to read over the Parentage options for biological traits, and upbringings. I do plan on buying them, if they work out, I just don’t have 54$ to waste on books that end up useless. Hopefully that makes sense
I recommend rutracker. It’s great for BD rips of movies and TV shows. The majority of files have the original English audio + Russian dubs. Quite a lot of hard to find stuff and almost always has seeds.
Just realized you asked for plugin tracker, idk what that is
