derpgon,

Same bere, about 4 hrs on the record, and such a well polished Early Access games is hard to find. Apart from a few nuances, it plays like a charm.

Hades 1 was absolutely phenomenal, Hades 2 is, as far as I can see, will be too. The constant voice acting just adds so much to the game.

derpgon,

Backfire 2, Steam refund boogaloo when?

derpgon,

Once again, Arrowhead decided to go with Sony as publisher, they agreed with PSN account linking. No offense, they are are an independent studio, they did not need to do that. It is sad they lost money, but the developers already got paid. The worst thing that can happen is they have to switch jobs.

derpgon,

I mean, who would’ve pulled the sudden influx of players? The game being popular was expected, but not in such huge numbers.

derpgon,

I started to wait a year or two before I try them, that usually means they a) they got most bugfixes, b) additional content and c) they are on sale.

derpgon,

Also swapped performance issues with more bugs that were there years ago and still persist because they are almost impossible to fix.

In the end, we all know it was done either because they wanted to shove microtransactions down our throat and/or had some kind of deal to maintain the Java edition without microtransactions.

Or, maybe, just maybe, they though “it’s just a block game, what could be so hard to rewrite it?” and absolutely failed what a single person got right almost immediately back in the day (like not falling through the floor all the time).

There is one uncleared level remaining in Super Mario Maker, with 18 days to go before the servers shut down (www.issmmbeatenyet.com) angielski

UPDATE: Ahoyoo has confirmed that Trimming the Herbs was uploaded with TAS tools, meaning that The Last Dance was the final legitimate level all along! Congrats to kazeihinn on the Last First Clear! The journey continues in Super Mario Maker 2…...

derpgon,

If you play the old games, you aren’t buying the new ones. Simple as that for Nintendo.

derpgon,

I’ve got good news for you, the bonuses reset every anniversary (around September).

derpgon,

HSR didn’t have their anniversary yet, it’s supposed to be on April 26th. GI did reset their top up, I know because I bought some again for Furina C2.

derpgon,

It wouldn’t be a good game if it wasn’t so much fucking fun. It has basically no coherent story, the gameplay loop is not that complex, but the many different pals, their abilities, and the exploration are all fun as heck.

If you don’t want to associate with the people, then don’t. Don’t join the discussions.

If you want to be 100% incognito, just set yourself to invisible on Steam.

derpgon,

What if the game was purely offline? Also, how can a pirated game access online lobbies? The last time I pirated a game was because Epic had a BL3 exclusive. And I couldn’t matchmake.

I wonder who would have to prove what. Ubi, that they missed profit (because you’d want to buy the game and didn’t) or the player (who’d argue he wouldn’t ever buy it anyway).

derpgon,

Thanks, interesting, I am almost tempted to taunt Ubi that I pirated their game and try to get sued lmao.

derpgon,

Actively, no, but passively on a second monitor, I occasionally join in the discussion in chat. Finding a smallish streamer who actually reads you messages is nice.

derpgon,

As a mod, you can postpone an ad by 5 minutes 3 times. You can’t postpone it by 1 minute, you can’t choose to play them during downtime, you can’t do shit but pray an interesting moment doesn’t happen during the 1 minute.

derpgon,

Fun fact, many intro screen can be disabled via program flags, those are put there due to faster testing, and usually not disabled due to either laziness, the way the SW is tested, and/or because the devs have some empathy for the players not wanting to watch 15 minutes of crap - like it’s “made for Nvidia”

derpgon,

When you Nintendo switch dies, and you don’t pay them monthly subscription to backup your games to the cloud.

Fuck you Nintendo. Never switching back from my Steam Deck.

derpgon,

Sadly, that would mean save duplication would be possible - which is a huge no-go for the Switch for some godforsaken reason. Fuck Nintendo, sold my account, got the Deck, and now my data is backed up instantly, for “free” (price included in the 30% fee). Not like it’s more than a fre hundred KBs per game anyway.

derpgon,

Also forgot to mention, you know what died inside the switch? The chip that is responsible for encrypting the data, which also held the key, which means rest of the HW was okay, but the chip was unsalvagable (tried both official and unofficial channels).

derpgon,

Uhh, 200$ for a piece of junk sounds a lot like a lot to me, and enough to be considered “jacked”.

derpgon,

I’d argue GitHub is one of those project they didn’t absolutely fuck up.

derpgon,

Well, it’s been a few years already, and no enshitification yet.

derpgon,

True. I forgot about that since I haven’t played on public MP server fot quite a while now, usually just vanilla/modded with friends.

derpgon,

The strategy to this is to buy so much crap on Steam and Humble Bundle that you don’t have time to pre-order AAA games.

For example, I love Borderlands series, and I have so many games to play that I could easily wait for TTW to be on sale - lo and behold, 10 bucks in a Humble Monthly with all the DLCs, and extra 7 games with it aswell. Banger.

derpgon,

Maybe we needed a “Show wiki page for this item/quest/skill/monster” prompt, like Melvor Idle does (my recent example).

derpgon,

As for the games that were Epic exclusive for a year: Borderlands 3, Satisfactory, Darksiders 3, Hitman 3, Dead Island 2, Borderlands TTW to name a few. They have a year exclusivity deal with Epic - we know how annoying exclusivity deals are on consoles.

About the features, it’s quite tricky. Epic rather spends thousands on exclusivity deals rather than invest into a launcher to have a working basket.

It’s super obvious where Epic’s priorities are, and it’s not the gamers. How are they able to dedicate so much work on Unreal, but now on a launcher? They try to substitute a half-assed launcher with exclusivity deals, because they know nobody would use it willingly.

derpgon,

Sail the high seas 🌊

derpgon,

Like others said, I am sure it will be one of the patches applied to the Unity games. Crackers are not really bad people, and turning off some telemetry should be a piece of cake.

derpgon,

Every copy has to be hand made by routing bits around the copper highway ar ludicrous speeds, and rearrange them manually to form what is called “a game”.

derpgon,

The super long game play preview had real time space dogfights. Did I miss something? Is it being scrapped?

derpgon,

Pray tell how was it improved? By making the teams smaller thus lowering team variability? By changing one of the most fun mechanics to be only mild annoyances? By removing features that actually made the game fun?

derpgon,

No, this applies only to characters released in OW2. All the original characters should still be playable for free.
