Really I just miss games that are intensely and deeply “written”…Like Arcanum, Morrowind, or Disco Elysium. I want a game that is actually several books encased in game software. BG3 is close, but I want something even denser. I’ll be so gratified if Larian is on the same page.
I know what you mean. Disco was such a treat in that respect yeah. I love those kinds of literary games, where you can feel an author reaching out across the medium and actually trying to communicate something to you. Like there is a message in the game other than just supporting gameplay or engagement.
As usual they do not disappoint in the graphics department, had to have up on the game due to my horrible connection but loved it most of the time I played it
Great game. Awesome game. Runs like shit in late game even on modern hardware unless you keep things smaller and boring + the modding situation sucks a lot. Fun enough to still be worth playing. Hopefully someday they’ll make a sequel to address some of these issues or someone else will make a similar game with better performance. Sins 2 is a thing but it’s only on epic and I don’t use Windows. We might get a steam release some day but until then I’m too lazy to pirate it.
If it’s not the existing 2 PC games which have already been updated to remove GameSpy and add in modern online servers, then cool. If not I hope they make Battlefront 2’s menus controller friendly.
