I doubt this is a Naughty Dog issue either, because they did release a TLOU PC port.

Fatal Frame 2 had a lot of this. There’s one time where you need to find a key for your sister. You can see her through the destroyed wall next to the door. Like, you could step in and get her. Or just kick the rotting wood down.

When you get the key, she’s gone, and it’s like, “yeah, no shit. She just left.”

Bowties only look good when the shirt has studs instead of buttons. Since the duck isn’t wearing a shirt, the neck tie looks better.

But I’d like to see other options, such as a cowboy hat and bolo tie, a scarf, a “dixie cup” sailor hat and neckerchief, a casual ascot, etc.
