All very good choices for favorite games. Cyberpunk i ended up pausing once my new gaming rig arrived. I still need to install it on there. Going through it though i loved the city and the story. It was one of the most realistic Cities I’ve ever played in

Thank you, i hope things are good for you too. My new rig has a Ryzen 7 3700x, 32 GB of DDR4 RAM, a 1 TB NVME drive, and a Radeon RX 7600 XT. Nothing too fancy, but for around $800 i expect it to hopefully last me a long while

That was how i played through my first playthrough of Silent Hill 2 lol. I wasn’t sure if everything was dead so i kept clubbing everything with my weapon until i was sure it wasn’t getting back up

From what i have seen, 60fps is acceptable for High Settings, 30fps is acceptable when Ray tracing is turned on

Nothing too fancy, but certainly enough to get me by until i upgrade the GPU. I have a Ryzen 3700x i bought used, 32 GB of DDR4 RAM, a 1 TB NVME SSD and a 250 GB HDD, and a Radeon RX 7600 XT 16 GB. I planned it around having a bit of wiggle room to upgrade. The CPU is probably fine, but the GPU i want to upgrade eventually. Maybe not now, but someday

I’m in sort of the opposite boat. I’ve never played tomb raider lol (but it’s on my list someday once I remember to pick it up on Steam). I will admit I’m biased (I grew up playing these games so that bias may make me blind), but wouldn’t say it really focuses on being Macho Men unless you’re referring to the scenes that are trying to be cool (like the famous train one).

There’s a lot of Gunplay involved and the later games (or at least the 4th one. It’s been ages since I played 2 & 3) have a lot of exploring like you want involved too.

I did the same thing with rats for a while! It’s fun seeing someone who did the same thing. I have one screenshot from ages ago from Assassin’s Creed Black Flag where no NPCs spawned except for one or two, instead it was just a ton of rats. That one was always one of my favorites right next to Halo 3’s rats

The lack of a HUD was something I thought was really cool. I can imagine it’s difficult to pull off (different resolutions, screen size, and if you ever need to zoom out the camera you’ll have to worry about that too), but I wish more games did something like that because it’s really amazing to see done.

I grew up on The Movies and The Real Ghostbusters, It definitely feels like a ghostbusters movie. Honestly the only thing that takes me out of it is the Lip Syncing being a little off, and even then that’s not that big of a problem, especially for an older game

I saved your comment just so i could remember to update you. The game i don’t know if it’s the nature of the story or what, but Alan Wake 2 i can’t seem to want to leave. There’s just so much love and care put into it that everytime i go into it, i notice a new thing i didn’t before, whether it’s a little detail like the pages in the subway or a foreshadowing i missed the first time. I love it
