Oh god, is that an issue with ROMs for the HD edition? I hope so too, hopefully I can just swap save files over to a functional ROM. And if all else fails I can just say it ended there since it would be my second play through

I think we’re definitely over due for the “Pixel Art” Indie game era to be over and instead move onto to trying to mimic things like this. Not that I have anything against the Pixel Artwork for games nor am I trying to make it “1 versus the other”, but it’s been going on too long and I feel like it’s starting to stagnate and make it harder to find stand out games

I played originally on Wii U but wasn’t sure if it was like that on there. It’s a shame because other than the gaudy bloom I’d say the Wii U version is one of the best ways to play it in the modern age.

And I do agree with Twilight Princess. I have still never finished it. I’ll start it, and maybe make it through the opening, before somehow losing my save somehow. I’ve legit been through maybe 10 different save files at this point. It’s a shame because I want to give it a fair chance but I seem cursed to forever lose my TP Saves

Wind Waker holds a special place in my heart after a summer where the Wi-Fi and the AC both went out and Wind Waker was the only game installed on my Wii U. It’s definitely my Second Favorite Zelda

That guy’s sound effects always stood out to me for some reason. Like I don’t know why but they seemed oddly out of place for the game. Not in a bad way but in like a jarring way

I have fond memories of Twilight Princess’s weirdness and art style because when it launched I was a young kid and my Dad played through the whole thing with me watching. That weird art style is so charming in a way

I wouldn’t have minded if we continued to get Spinoffs like Reach and ODST. I didn’t hate 4, but i can’t say I like it either.

Damn. I’m so fucking disappointed I missed that for free. The Nathan Drake collection was my first exposure to this franchise on PS4 and I had to sign into an uncles PSN account every time I wanted to play it

I love the franchise to death. I did a crushing run of Uncharted 4, but I don’t think I could do one of the First 3. It’s like Halo 2 Legendary where everything is an insta kill

It was so annoying, because me and my friend tried to do PvP on my Steam Deck with a pair of controllers one day and were disappointed to find out it doesn’t work

I get that lol. The combat really can be difficult. I found myself save scumming more often than once on my first playthrough all those years ago

The puzzles and world are really where the game shines. Especially the Gloo Gun. I feel like they made the best of it with puzzles

I get that. It’s one of those games where i don’t think i can play it more than once after seeing the ending (even with me not getting the ending last playthrough i’m worried i won’t stick with this playthrough because of that)

The big carriers? Usually they leave after a bit so the best strategy for us is just to take cover and wait out. Or if you need to get them gone that second a well placed shot to the grunts on the turret with Magnum/Battle Rifle and then a sticky on the Main turret usually works pretty well

It’s a random event that spawns. I believe in lore it’s scientists or reporters or something. The only effect really is that if you’re outside the Helicopter follows you and all the noise calls Zombies to your location. I’ve seen a few mods that add different helicopter types though

I can’t wait for Build 42 to get Multiplayer. No rush to the Devs but that’s the main thing stopping me from fully making the jump

It does! It has a lot of options too. You can do Splitscreen, or host just for friends, or hop on a server somebody else is making! If you’re hosting the difficulty is also adjustable down to most major points

It’s how i pick my screenshots. I try to pick ones that arent too obvious but if you know the game you can identify it. Some games are hard to do that on though

Recap is Definitely the best way to do it imo. I feel like the game is surprisingly short, but still can take a decent chunk of time

That’s definitely for sure. I went back through a little bit in New Game+ today and just dicked around with some of the cheats like Explosive Arrows and once you take the stealth option out, by far, the gameplay time goes down. Still love the game though, not a flaw, just an observation
