@InkySchwartz Just around the chimney in Poznan! We have a lot of green area in the city limits with forests and rivers. Sometimes at night I go crazy and head out of the city to visit nearby towns. This particular ride was a bicycle highway along Warta river and around Malta Lake. @cycling @rower

Trivia: It’s an artificial lake with a regatta course named after the Order of Malta (Hospitaller) who owned a church nearby and the land…🙄 @cycling @rower

I think this is the shortest ride I’ve ever done… Managed to get to the kindergarten and I was really eager to give it a go, but then all hell broke loose and it turned streets into tiny rivers.

Decided to go home, put my clothes in the dryer and try again in the evening…🤷🏻‍♂️ At least my shoes are not completely soaked…🤡

What was a bit boring for Piotr, was a challenge and an achievement for 2 years younger Franek! They’ve done 18km! My head hurts from trying to do crowd control, my left arm from supporting my body, while the right one helped Franek…🤡 @cycling @rower

@james Not a problem! I refuse to put any other tires but with beige sidewalls on my bicycles. Black tires are boooooring…😂

Bike parts names are weird. I know more of them in English than in my native tongue…🤷🏻‍♂️

@QRSS_Test 😂 And I barely tolerate any other frame paint than matte black. My gravel bike is blue because I couldn’t find/afford anything else…😁 But pink grew popular I think. EF team has nice colors! @james @cycling

@james That’s because it’s supposed to wear and people don’t care. That’s why beige is usually sparse and costly. Same goes for chains. On the road bike I only use specific „gold” model. It looks dope! On gravel it’s gonna get trashed so I don’t care…😂 But at times I’m willing to pay double the price for the looks… @cycling

@adamshutes Hoping for the best! I was team Shimano for a long time and I was considering Di2 but the setup… SRAM is so much simpler… I’m still not convinced I’d like it on a 2x road bike, but gravel mullet is awesome!🥰

@ItsThatDeafGuy I bet it’s still a nice bicycle (assuming it’s Cannondale). With the parts listed I’m upgrading my existing gravel bike currently sporting Sora shifters and GRX 400 rear mech. I recently bathed it in deep mud and it doesn’t shift in acceptable manner… I’d have to recable it… @cycling @rower

@mlabowicz Well, I live in so called „Flatpoland”, a parody of Greater Poland region’s name. The nearest „hill” is around 20km from where I live and it’s like 60m climb at best…😂@cycling @rower

@boardmad Well, I’m excited to say I made the purchase! Can’t wait to put it on my gravel bike and trash it in the mud…🙉 I also decided to swap my 34t chainring to 38t. I can’t imagine the scenario I’d need 34 by 50…😂 @cycling @rower

@nickzoic Well, I was getting along with 34/42 on all the climbs I’ve been to. 34/50 would be an overkill, and my pedaling top speed was quite low. 38/50 is still easier than I’ve had it before…🤷🏻‍♂️ @boardmad @cycling @rower

@boardmad Ugh, that’s to hard on my legs. I mostly ride in my flat region, but on occasions I go the the mountains to do some climbing. Now with the growing family I can only afforded take one of my bikes. So it is gravel, because it’s more universal, therefore the gearing…🥰@nickzoic @cycling @rower
