! The cadence (pedalling speed) reflects my current enthusiasm for life!🤡 I’m doing it, but man… Barely find the mental strength to do so… Mundane OSH (BHP) training did not help… @cycling @rower

@ssamulczyk @cycling @rower I pedal at such a slow cadence. I have to put real effort in to spin at about 95rpm. I'm more a Jan Ullrich grinding the gears rider than a Chris Froome whirl the pedals like the chain has come off one.

@arratoon I usually go around 90rpm, but indoor cycling is so mundane, I find it more and more difficult to motivate myself to do it… So, cadence reflects my passion for it…🤣 @cycling @rower

Tydzień temu byłem na plaży nad Morzem Czerwonym i było 28°C a dziś na rowerze w Lesie Mokrzańskim przy temperaturze 0-1°C. 😁😎

W termosie herbata: czarna+melisa z pomarańczą. 🫣😊

! I’ve been feeling overwhelmed and down recently due to the lack of work- balance… I have to be up to the task from 6AM to 9PM and the only consolation I have is a bit of , which is far from rest and not really that interesting when done at home… @cycling @rower

@realkrzysiek ciezko mi sie wypowiadac o sytuacji w tym konkretnym miejscu, ale ostatnio dowiedzialem sie (czy raczej zobaczylem na wlasne oczy), ze wyremontowano droge, ktora lezy na obrzezach miasta i po ktorej jezdza glownie smieciarki i ciezarowki, ktore dowoza towar na zlomowisko... wydaje mi sie, ze ten na przyklad remont mogl poczekac, a oswietlenie drog jest odrobine wazniejsze 😉

Pytanko do znawców tematu korzystających z trenażerów magnetycznych, mam rower zamontowany w trenażer, założyłem oponę Elite Coperton 25-622 700x25C. Jak bardzo powinno być napompowane tylne koło? Przy 8.5 BAR / 120 PSI jeździ się niewygodnie, opona ma zbyt duże tarcie. Upuściłem trochę powietrza na oko i po regulacjach docisku jest ok, jest płynna praca. Do ilu pompujecie tylnie koło?
