#GoodMorning#Bicycle! Fuck this wet and freezing weather. I’m forcing myself to ride, because I will regret I didn’t go later, but it’s far from my comfort zone…
The journey of #Gaia from @esa has not only changed our understanding of the Milky Way, but also transformed those of us who worked on this extraordinary mission. It’s been an adventure that made us question who we are and what we can achieve together. 🌌✨ #GaiaMission#SpaceExploration @esascience
@achadwick@bikes@cycling Looks like that shackle may be OK, just possibly need a new connector pin to hold it all together. Can't tell from the photo if the shackle itself has broken. But they've got what you'll need.
#GoodMorning! I had a nice freezing night with a friend on a #bicycle! Too bad I had a flat and changing inner tube in -4°C isn’t exactly what I call fun…😂🥶
@tk@biketooter@cycling@mastobikes I had an original Purple Pugsley with large marge rims, but the frames had both disc and Canti bosses and i set mine up disc. I later had a local frame builder extend the front triangle a couple inches so it actually fit me, but then later sold it when they came out with the 4.8 tires, to get a frame that fit those.
@tk@biketooter@cycling@mastobikes There she is after modifications. I took the time to remove the canti bosses before having her powder coated. . The person who bought her from me immediately changed the color :(
Finding that rapidly spinning my legs in a relatively low gear for a few seconds after getting on the bike from a stop is a great way to get the blood flowing quickly before upshifting and really getting going. :blobfoxthinkgoogly:
