For coop games with dialog I really loved how Baldur’s Gate 3 let everyone see the dialog choices and click on them to vote for what they would want. The player in the dialog didn’t have to choose it, but they could see and it let every player feel like they were a part of every conversation instead of just watching.
I really wish they had put out a 60fps patch for Wildlands.
I actually like them both, honestly. They are different games, and Breakpoint by the end (when I started playing it) really wasn’t that bad. The setting was maybe just kind of un-inspired.
Overall Wildlands is probably the better game, for sure, though.
Discounting Steam because otherwise I’d be here typing for an hour listing all the cheap games I enjoyed from there.
Lufia 2 for the SNES, which was great because it was a prequel to Lufia 1, though it took me a couple years to finally track down a copy in the pre-internet days. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was a prequel, and there are actually massive spoilers for the 2nd game in the intro for the 1st one, so I unintentionally played them in the right order!
I’m not trying to be Mr Snappy but I think I paid a dollar for it too, and I feel I overpaid by about 99.9 cents
Edit: I can see why other people like it, but I found it to be utterly monotonous and just shallow, wanton destruction which didn’t appeal to me
Edit 2: I should be fair to the game, it was technically very well done (ignoring modern crash problems), the destruction was pretty cool, I thought the graphics were neat, and it offered was a variety of things that many people would enjoy. For my taste there not a enough world design, too much copy/paste, and the story/missions were perfunctory. For me, it had many good ingredients, but it didn’t make a stew. It comes down to personal taste.
NGL, I bought a PS5 on the strength of the first two Spider Man games alone. Been waiting for this game for a long time. Glad to see the reviews are solid!
It really depends on where I play. Behind the PC it’s definitely mouse and keyboard, it just doesn’t feel comfortable to play with a controller while sitting in my office chair.
Everything else is controller, but it’s not like you have much choice in those situations :)
Yeah this link of yours focuses on a bit different thing.
It generates a bigger picture of many words connected to one single word entered, and the other words are more or less synonyms. I believe you also don’t add new stuff to it?
(Just want to point out) In the Human Brain Cloud, synonyms ain’t the only thing that might connect two different words or concepts with each other. The link between words depends on the person who interacts with the words. There can be many different bridges what we have between different concepts that create an association with a word that the Human Brain Cloud gives (feelings, memories, knowledge of many different topics…)
Yeah visuwords is more like a visualized view of the grammar and synonyms for a word in a dictionary and does not allow any new input.
Brain Cloud is instead an unstructured approach that lets you build new connections between words and contexts and to provide new knowledge. I like it.
Could be fun with some additional input where you could for example provide a thumbs up / down if you feel the association is positive or negative.
