I loved FC5. Ubisoft gets a lot of crap because they make the same game over and over but there’s a reason they started doing that. Good characters, and the pacing is pretty solid unless you’re a completions (which is your own fault). There’s some weird mechanics that progress the story that kind of break immersion that they chose because of the open world setting, but it’s a solid game. Enjoy!
If you like it, “new dawn” is pretty OK. Wait for it to be cheap, it’s basically really meaty DLC.
It’s not an RPG, but I always recommend PowerWash Simulator. It’s one of those games where you don’t have to pay too much attention to the game and can watch stuff on your phone.
Aside from that, maybe World of Warcraft private server like ChromieCraft.
There’s also Starbound, Terraria, Fallout 3 & New Vegas, the Portal and Borderlands games, Half-Life 2 just received an update.
Not really an RPG, more of a action adventure, but Far Cry 3 will probably run well enough. I played it on a much worse laptop when I was in highschool.
IronPineapple played through the demo of that one for a video a couple months ago. It seemed like an interesting game that was a mix of singleplayer and MMO elements. At first glance it’ll look like a gooner game.
Can get to the 7 countries minimum with less than half of the other requirement met? Feels like the total signatures number shouldn’t be more than double the smallest possible 7 countries minimums combined
All minimums taken together only sum up to 497025. The million signatures is the actual hurdle, any campaign that is not horribly lopsided should easily get the seven countries.
The idea is that if your initiative is excessively national it has no business being a EU initiative.
A strange wibble is that small countries need more signatures per capita to count towards the minimum because they have more MEPs per capita. Which brings me to putain de merde où es-tu France.
