theskyisfalling,

I enjoyed Metal Gear Ac!d games which were a sort of card game / turn based spin off in the metal gear world.

I’m currently playing Persona 3 Portable so if you are into those kind of games it is pretty great.

I think someone else mentioned it but Valkyria Chronicles is worth checking out, another turn based delight.

theskyisfalling,

I haven’t played 1 or 2 personally but would echo what is being said here for the rest.

I played p4g first and fell in love with it. P3P is pretty similar really but with slightly less QoL things going on but I don’t find it too much of a downgrade to be honest.

Either way each one has its own story then with similarities like in spell names and the like, similar to how final fantasy is.

theskyisfalling,

Black Desert Online. I still think about it from time to time and love it as a game but it is also a dangerous addiction that destroyed my life for a time. So I just stay away cause I don’t want to be sucked in again.

Who, in your opinion, is the most annoying character in any game?

Personally, it’s Faith from Farcry 5 for me. Uninteresting dialog that can be summed up to “I was bullied once” and that’s it. Literally every other character is so much more interesting. Jacob gives you a sequence where you run through a gulag which he then uses against you, John tries to kill you and is openly hateful...

theskyisfalling,

Fucking Claptrap…

theskyisfalling,

I did, I played all the borderlands until the third (which I just couldn’t put up with) multiple times and he just annoyed the piss out of me constantly xD

theskyisfalling,

I realise that is the point, doesn’t make it any less annoying though!

theskyisfalling,

Sonic 1 on my newly acquired Mega Drive at Christmas when I was 5. Died to that first ladybug repeatedly for months on end but never gave up!

theskyisfalling,

I fit into most of those “categories” you just listed except I do like some jpgs, that aside this is nothing like a jrpg. The first is like a western RPG just made by a Japanese developer and is a fucking great game. I expect this to be equally good.

I haven’t watched the linked video but have seen a bit of gameplay and it seems like it is more of the same, I definitely think you would enjoy it!

The first one is still great, it has its quirks where it is a bit older now but I highly recommend pirating it (fuck capcoms retroactive drm) and giving it a go to get a feel for the kind of game this is going to be whilst you wait for it :D

theskyisfalling,

I haven’t actually tried, I just knew they were retroactively adding it to games and DD is a pretty popular one so presumed they would’ve added it to that as well. So maybe they haven’t I can’t confirm :)

theskyisfalling,

Well shit :( I really liked the Elex games, jank and all!

theskyisfalling,

Good to know, thanks!

I enjoyed the first game but it was fairly basic, I didn’t know they were even making a second one but if it is just more of the exact same then I’ll pass for sure!

theskyisfalling,

It would be good if gamepass didn’t disrespect your HDD by creating directories that cannot be got rid of except by reformatting the entire fucking drive. There is no reason for it to do that -_-

Looking for resources to rebuild my music collection angielski

In the pre-streaming days I used to have a large collection of ripped and downloaded music. However as my taste in music is extremely wide and it became easier and more fun to use hacked streaming services (i.e. Youtube Music Vanced) to play music especially on the go, I decided to let my music collection go years ago. Plus…...

theskyisfalling,

Another recommendation for soulseek here.

I also rip a lot of stuff from Spotify using soggfy, I’ll make long playlists and just leave it running over night ripping everything. It requires a bit of sorting out afterwards into respective folders for artist / album etc but that is a price I’m happy to pay for the saved money of not having to buy all the releases.

Anything I can’t find on either of those but still really want I will usually buy on bandcamp.
