I mean I think I understand the argument for your distinction. I don’t play either games, I just watched VFX artists reaction and saw Snoop Dogg in it so I was wondering why it’s such a big deal with Tencent. As he does seem to “dance” in CoD: www.youtube.com/watch?v=EdhPvXhXoUM.

I may take slight issue with your last statement. To be clear, I’m not trying to have a “dishonest discussion”, I genuinely don’t understand the distinction and there isn’t really an article or anything here for me to clarify.

There’s a converter on GitHub for it.

It works surprisingly well. I wanted to wait for the official but I have a flight coming up and this is gonna make it awesome.

I can’t wait to buy the mobile version and recommend it to all of my friends!

All I could think about was it’d be nice if this were a single player game with tighter/fleshed out mechanics. Be cool to do some PvE with a good story.

I mean, there’s always Spiderman and Wolverine will be coming out soon.

On a HZD post, I remember saying years ago I can’t wait because I’d love to play it on keyboard and mouse!

Got downvoted like hell and someone replied, “you can’t play it with a mouse and keyboard”.

I just started (Outer Wilds) the other day. Not sure what I’m doing, lol. I died the first three times by not wearing a suit. I bought it purely on the recommendation on another Lemming (Lemmy user?) and they said just get into it and don’t look into anything else. Looking forward to just trying things on my next run.

I love Sony games and it’s the main reason I got a PS5. If the quality dips then there’s no reason to get the next iteration.

I used to hate inverted as a kid, but a few games had them by default and my brain switched and could never go back. I’m playing Outer Wilds now and I had to immediately switch it.

In terms of sheer hours for me:

  • Factorio
  • StarCraft Brood War
  • Counterstrike

I guess Tetris deserves a mention and so does Heroes of the Storm.

I thought at minimum they needed a sacrificial lamb. The screw up was too big and their first response too blithering.

I was watching a YouTube video of one game Dev saying he’s met John (CEO) and said he’s quite pleasant and has a great rapport with staff. However, this move shows a complete and utter lack of competence.

Given that I just bought one and am waiting for it to arrive in the bloody mail. I think that’s fine.

Also, I’m okay with playing less intensive titles regardless. If I wanted to be immersed with high fidelity stuff I’d use my gaming PC. I also chose the Deck over the Ally and Legion Go due to software integration and hardware repair options.
