Probably quite well. It only really has to render the planes in detail. Most of the gameplay will have low resolution land textures as you’ll be a long way from it.

Unless of course you’re about to crash into it.

Having DLC plans and announcing DLC before release are two very different things.

Announcing before launch isn’t a good look and makes them look greedy.

The focus of the devs before launch should be making the game and any day one patch as good as it can possibly be.

DLC work shouldn’t start and definitely should not be announced before release.

It’s not a good look that they planned to release an incomplete game. Clearly Eddy was in their plans from the get go but they decided to hold him back for extra cash knowing people will pay more for a legacy character.

Personally I don’t care how “powerful” it ends up being as long as its games are good and it’s compatible with my current physical Switch library.

I agree that a 720p screen is more than enough for handheld. But I think it would have to be an OLED. After using an OLED Switch if the successor goes back to LCD it will be like downgrading the experience and paying £450 for the privilege.

As for docked again I’m happy with 1080p of the current Switch. But 60fps is a must. 4K is nice but not at the expense of frames and as for Ray-Tracing I think it’s a gimmick. It’s uses a lot of power for some superficial graphical benefits and I always turn it off where there’s the option to.

If I can’t buy a movie or TV show on Blu Ray or even DVD I have no problem torrenting it.

As for cars it’s not just electric cars that have features locked behind paywalls. It’s become mostly standard now to produce one car model and have the “optional extras” locked unless you pay more when you order the car. Or worse they’re locked behind a subscription.

If you don’t care about 4K and are fine with 30fps (a lot of games will be 60fps@1080p anyway) then a Series S would be fine.

Also don’t abandon your PS4. Keep both.

I only ever use inverted controls for flying. For moving a character I use normal.

I bought it earlier in the year but haven’t played it yet either. I’m hoping it’s as good FC5 as that’s the only one I’ve played so far.
