I agree with not really being a part of the story. You do play a part a little more in Totk, but it’s still mostly watching cutscenes from the past again. Such a weird narrative to stick to.

I recommend playing the final fantasy games in order. Most of the older ones are only the dpad and two buttons.

Even just the originals on nes are still a good time.
I prefer the PS1 anthology releases though.

How does it cost millions of dollars to make a current AAA game, and they’re rarely worth it?

If you have 5,000 people on your payroll for a game what the hell are they doing? Every game should be fantastic.

I love indie and AA games. Smaller teams. More focus. More fun. Usually more quality content.

Oh Kotaku. What kind of questions are those. If one dlc is the only thing included then no, nothing from the other dlc will be included. Why would you expect any change in graphics, it’s a port. And it’s a port that has to work on the Switch.

Definitely agree about the price though. I probably would buy it for $30. Fifty is way too much.

Only thing I remember pre Morrowind was advertising on graphics cards. My friends only knew about the game because I found the strategy guide at work (electronics boutique) before it came out and I wouldn’t stop talking about it.

I don’t think Todd Howard had his leather jacket at the time, so he wasn’t all over the place with promises.

There was a play tester that said when Redfall released Starfield was in even worse condition and that’s when they decided to delay it for another year.

I’m all for delaying games until they’re actually done, but it’s pretty telling they wanted to release both games in those states.

As a company they’re definitely being held up by some rosy glasses. And mods. They bank on mods to fix whatever they’re too lazy to.

Don’t forget to preorder Starfield so you can maybe receive a… wrist watch? Huh? Lol

This game is good. A lot of the quests and writing in general is way above what you’d ever expect for a MMO.

I really hope Bethesda uses these writers for thier mainline games.

Wait till Starfield comes out. I guarantee it’ll get 9 and 10s no matter what. Six months later will come the actual reviews.

Sometimes I look specifically for the 5-7 review scored games. That’s were the fun games hide.
