JackDark,

It’s interesting that it specifically mentions the Series X. My understanding is that anything released on Series X must also run on the Series S.

JackDark,

Honestly, I prefer the last one. I’m not entirely sure why this is getting such significant hype around it. It is by no means a bad game, and it is very well made, but it just didn’t feel as fun as the last one to me. IMO, the best thing about this one is the physics. They regularly add a ton of small things that you can knock around, and I had more fun playing with that than anything else in the game.

JackDark,

I didn’t realize that there was a physical release for this game. I just bought myself a copy to keep sealed in my collection.

JackDark,

I’m a collector, and this is a game that may have a high value in the future due to being rare. If it was literally only available for 2 weeks and they pulled all the remaining copies and refunded people, there’s not going to be many, and I will have a sealed copy. Of course, it’s possible that they may re-release it in the future if they decide it’s worth the money to tweak it, but I honestly kind of doubt it. You may be wondering why it matters if it literally can’t be played and who would want it, and that’s absolutely a fair question, but in the end, the answer is collectors.

JackDark,

I haven’t really noticed anything in that regard. I’ve also been curious about the collectibility of physical copies of online only games. If the game is no longer playable, is there actually any value? I feel like things are a little too early to say at this point, but given how rare this title will seemingly be, I’m hedging my bets.

JackDark,

2006 all the way. I’ll never understand why they opted to cancel the sequel (which was looking amazing, btw) and use the same name for a completely new IP.

JackDark,

One neat thing about wakestones is that you can use them to revive NPCs that have been killed. This is cool, but also means that I have honestly used Wake stones just as much to revive NPCs as I have on myself. The main city in the first area actually has a massive morgue that presumably fills up with the bodies of dead NPCs so you can find them easier.

JackDark,

I’m at level 25, and I also have yet to find out how to actually use microtransactions. I assume if I go looking for them through the PSN interface I could find them, but I haven’t seen anything in-game so far.

JackDark,

There’s a bulk loot option. Not sure what you play on, but you should be able to Google it.

JackDark,

Very smart of Microsoft to put a woman of color in that seat. Here’s hoping that she can turn things around in the culture there.

JackDark,

I haven’t really played a single Call of Duty game since the original COD4 Modern Warfare. Am I missing something? Didn’t Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 come out back on Xbox 360?

JackDark,

Frostpunk was an amazing game, but I honestly don’t know that I ever want to play the sequel. The first one was so stressful. It was the game equivalent of Requiem for a Dream, ie the best game I never want to play again.

Just finished my first playthrough of Prey by Arkane Studios and WOW. angielski

Can’t believe it took me so long to get around to playing this but I’m so glad I did. Dishonored is still my favorite of theirs but now I’ve played all their games and they are easily my favorite studio because of their rich storytelling and immersive world design....

JackDark,

Seriously! Every time I see something about Prey and it’s not the 2006 version, I’m annoyed.

JackDark,

Every so often I watch that gameplay trailer for Prey 2 and make myself sad.

JackDark,

First and foremost, if Itsuno-san doesn’t have time to be the director of the game, it can’t really get made. So having an opportunity to have him spend the time he needed on the game and being able to bring together the other resources needed, such as a large team to work on a game with this scope, just took some years for that all to really fit together. And then once it did, we got started.

Baby Steps Launches On PS5 And PC Next Summer (www.gameinformer.com) angielski

Bennett Foddy, the developer behind Getting Over It, released another trailer for Baby Steps during today's PlayStation State of Play. Foddy, along with fellow developers Gabe Cuzzillo and Maxi Boch, are bringing Baby Steps to PlayStation 5 next summer....

To offer a different opinion, I didn’t like Wonderlands. B1 and B2 were fantastic, but nothing else has come close IMO.

On a different note, The Forgotten City is AMAZING if you’re into time loop or puzzle games.

JackDark,

I loved TTAODK, but didn’t like Wonderlands. Different strokes. 🤷‍♂️
