Ah fuck this is such a hard read to much emotion. What a beautiful thing the internet is. Reading this kind of unblackpilled me a bit and reminded me of the relationships and realness that are experienced online in virtual worlds.
Some guilds expect their members to be ready for new expansions I’m sure they would make an exception for this fella but he seems to proud to admit he can’t afford the expansion.
I never moved from civ 5 to civ 6. Every time I try civ 6 it feels awful and looks like a mobile game. Ive got little hope for civ 7 and since it ships with Denovo I doubt I’ll ever try it.
I know you specifically asked for not this but its the only game i know that is a good rpg on mobile. You could play old school Runescape. Its essentially single player since there aren’t many parts of the game that require co operation. You will see other players walking around the world and talking but you can turn public chat off so you never need to see anything they say. The game is incredibly light on data usage since it was designed as a browser game in the 2000s.
I actually really dislike Manteling it feels like a quick time event, it’s easy and takes away any skill from the jump. The animation quickly gets repetitive. In some games where cinematics and being epic are the focus it definitely shines.
Crouch Jumping isn’t great either. It’s janky and should remain in source games only. However I’m so used to it that I try crouch jump anytime I jump onto a crate or something.
If you want two seperate jump distance have normal run speed jump and sprint + jump. Or slide jump
