Glad to see that working still! Torrenting over I2P is sort of a fail-safe option for people in somewhat oppressive places where VPNs may be illegal. Also, with the recent port-forwarding removal in Mullvad, this makes it harder moving forward to try and seed content without being able to make a direct connection with open ports.

I don’t see how these two things correlate. Private trackers don’t have ads on them and many public ones that require an account don’t either. Are you still downloading things through a browser with jdownloader?

If you’re acquiring a GOG release somewhere, it should be the regular, normal installer because GOG releases don’t have DRM that needs cracking. Someone just needs to first get it legally from GOG and then share it somewhere. If you scan it with antivirus and it finds something, get rid of it and try another source.

Otherwise without torrenting, you’d have to find a place with direct downloads.

edit: though you may want to wait longer for them to patch more bugs etc, because if you don’t have a source to download the GOG updates only, downloading 100+ GB each time is a pain.

Orion Browser allows full extensions such as ublock origin. That helps but I found even if the steam plays on the iOS device the Airplay stream won’t work due to some odd encoding the website is doing.

There are IRC/XDCC search engines. I don’t know their exact method of scraping IRC servers, but they kinda work.

Also, if you know the right servers and channels, most have some kind of search index or bot.
