Not really? Conceptually maybe. But if you can install whatever OS you want and aren’t forced to use official distribution methods then that seems pretty PC to me

WiFi works okay but it can’t have cost that much to put an Ethernet port into the switch dock

Discs suck, other than for used game sales and collecting.

But used games sales is a huge plus. But realistically I think we’ll see maybe one more console generation with physical media.
