ShinkanTrain,

Coromon didn’t get a huge media deal that could have the potential undermine the Pokemon franchise. Nintendo going after them would be just needless friction since patent lawsuits are hellish

ShinkanTrain,

I don’t think it costs over 200 million and 5 years of labor to remaster a Beatles album, but I’d believe it if you told me that’s what they charge

ShinkanTrain,

Their mistake was not making it available for only 2 weeks for $40 like Blizzard.

ShinkanTrain,

You know that’s fake cause they wouldn’t add physically interactible objects to modern games

Horse archers ruin every game they are in. angielski

Who the hell finds it fun to either waste time trying to lure them into a trap or chase them down? And it’s so much worse against ai because they don’t need to micro manage the way humans have to so it seems whenever I use them they get wrecked under the first half assed volly from any unit. This applies to literally any...

ShinkanTrain,

You can have a giant swarm of them though, it’s fun

ShinkanTrain,

How about “if your game received a backwards compatibility patch that makes it look better for the current geberation, your remaster is coming in too early”

ShinkanTrain,

Oh it’s tropey as hell. Soundtrack slaps though

Sony’s Concord reportedly cost $400M to develop | VGC (www.videogameschronicle.com) angielski

$200M before the Sony acquisition and $200M after. It’s a little hard to believe. The story seems to only be coming from Colin Moriarty right now, but I trust Jordan Middler to consider it at least reasonably plausible if he wrote it up for VGC....

ShinkanTrain,

You’re telling me this cost more to develop than GTA V ?

ShinkanTrain,

Unsurprising. Flew a little too close to the sun there fellas.

ShinkanTrain,

Nintendo: Can we sue them over the designs?

Lawyer: Not really, this shit is impossible to prove

Lawyer: But we can sue them anyway

ShinkanTrain,

Also most quests are just “talk to npc, use Batman Vision to follow a trail, kill enemy, return”

ShinkanTrain,

That is the logical way to classify them.

Of course, the industry has been calling ports remasters for a while because it sounds like they did more work that way.

ShinkanTrain,

Specially Witcher 3

ShinkanTrain,

Hmm monke

ShinkanTrain,

How much did those miHoYo games cost to make?

ShinkanTrain,

I wonder how much of that is marketing. That eats up most of a AAA game budget and I don’t think it was heavily advertised outside of China (where it had a big marketing campaign)

ShinkanTrain,

I think people straight up can’t invade you in ER if you aren’t either doing multiplayer or used the “I want invaders” item.

ShinkanTrain,

Now there’s one or two hundred millions and 3-8 years of a lot of people’s lives down the drain

ShinkanTrain,

‘the next thing we know they’re zooming in on a goblin toe’

Me too

ShinkanTrain, (edited )

30, 60 or whatever fps is (or at least should be) a development decision made very early in development. It’s only a case of poor optimization if it doesn’t reach the target they’ve set.

I don’t like it either, but an Unreal 5 game running at 30 fps (if that lol) on current gen is the norm.

ShinkanTrain,

Dev: The Xbox isn’t powerful enough for that

Phil Spencer: You now work at the CoD mines

ShinkanTrain,

The Xbox 360, at launch, was more powerful than the most powerful PC you could build at the time.

S L I D E R S

Fucking Saints Row 2 had this shit figured out

PS: I like when the game just shows you a bunch of presets and says “pick one”. It’s more elegant than “which of the two body types do you want”

ShinkanTrain,

Sounds like the pukiest VR game yet. I’m in.

ShinkanTrain, (edited )

I’d argue there are better ways to play all of these except maybe FFIII (Japanese FFIII, not VI)

Do note that I’m a weird person though, if you just want to play the games, those versions are fine and effortless

ShinkanTrain,

I use the Woolsey translation as part of Dancing Mad, which compiles a lot of stuff and gives you the option to use MSU1 for CD quality tracks.

I use the Synthetic Origins tracks by Matthew Valente which tries to be as close to the original as possible while using uncompressed samples.

ShinkanTrain,

The success of this thing baffles me. I’ve been maining consoles my entire life and I feel like I have no reason to own any of the home consoles this gen.

ShinkanTrain,

What’s your favorite way to eat Skyrim?

ShinkanTrain,

It’s Saturday night, I have no date, A 2 Liter bottle of Shasta, and my all Rush mixtape. Lets rock.
