I think you just need to know what you are getting into.

It’s a private company, it’s closed to sourced, they capture and monetise your data.

For people who value transparency and privacy, there are better options. This emulator project, should have known better than to use is.

aaalll of that being said, it’s very popular and if you are not concerned by any of the points raised in this who threads, it’s a good place to meet people to chat about Warcraft or whatever your thing is.

Just be aware that any thing your write, effectively belongs to them forever.

Is a series s worth getting ? My ps4 is creaking . I’m not worried about about 4k, frame rates and hdr.

I guess the biggest downer would be abandoning my PS Catalogue.

Cool. I’ll think about that. We have a PS5 in the house (my son). But honestly, I’m not impressed enough to get one for myself at the current price level.

I’m still rocking my ps4, but I’m down to 1 working DualShock and the DVD drive has stopped working. With DualShocks still running 50 quid each, I’m thinking I might as well upgrade when it dies.

Been an interesting week.

Deleted Cod Cold War - I was addicted and it stopped me playing other stuff.

Wanted to get started on Ghost of Tsushima- but I just can’t get into it

Went back the AC odyssey and grabbed DLC.

Also snagged and got burned by Endless Dungeon, which is bug ridden and incomplete.
