Easy 1440p60 on ultra everything with no scaling on my 3090. Frequently up in the 80-90 FPS range. This game runs fine. It’s not a “teetering mess” as you say.

Quake 2 RTX can bring my 3090 to its knees. You could do HL2 but I bet it’d be about similar to Portal 2.

I’d say that’s okay if only the company is credited by name, but the execs names were included. If they’re including names, include all the names. It’s not a long list from what I saw on Twitter.
