It’s ok, some people see racism in everything. It’s hard just being human if you have to constantly second guess everything just incase it might seem racist. It’s only racist if it was intentional.
The fact that SNES games were $60 30 years ago and games are still that price means we are actually getting a deal. Except the physical part is what made the $60 feel worth it, the cart, the full color 30 page manual and sometimes posters! Now games are digital they should be like $10 max from Nintendo.
Why? It can’t be much more than using one of those chatbot girlfriends. I know there could be delays as it takes time to generate but it could have a local version that just is a stripped down version that just processes dialogue. Probably requires a beefy GPU though.
The company will have the make that decision then, if it means opening the server for use or patching the game for local p2p play then so be it. Otherwise they should be forced to state the game is a rental not purchased if it requires a server that may shut down.
Yeah like reading MRIs and X-rays, it’s already been proven that those reading medical images tend to have blinders on looking only for what they regularly see and never see the gorilla. With AI they might see the more weird things.
