I love mine! The catalog has a ton of awesome community games, itch has hundreds more, and the sdk is really accessible if you ever want to try making something yourself. The season has a lot of variety too, I played through most of it slowly but still have a few of the longer games to finish.
I use a book light at night so don’t have issues with the lack of backlight.
I played a bit of Bootstrap Island tonight, it’s fun! It’s a vr roguelike island survival game, monsters come out at night and it’s pretty fuckin scary
The podcasts were the main thing I interacted with nowadays so I’m glad those are sticking around, but I grew up with the company and it’s sad to see it go. I hope the roost can continue but I don’t see how this doesn’t hurt the remaining talent.
My brother and I replayed a demo from a floppy over and over as kids,Doom 2016 is my favorite entry! If it had some of the combat changes from Eternal it would be a perfect game imo
