Evening was in order to ramp it up to 400km this week. Decided to push it a bit more and I’m surprised I still have some legs. Averaged over 200W in an hour (I’m 64kg) and it wasn’t even that hard…🤷🏻‍♂️ @cycling @rower

Dzień dyni. Trzeba przewieźć ładunek do przedszkola.
Było szurszur w liśicach, było dzyń dzyń, ładunek dostarczony bezpiecznie dzięki ochronie konwoju ;)
