Ale jeśli już biegam za dnia na słońcu (zazwyczaj w śródziemnomorskim czy atlantyckim klimacie, nad samym morzem, bo przyjemnie wieje i chłodzi) to od paru lat używam takiego psikadła SPF 50+ z Bioderemy, nie zauważyłem, żeby mi coś spływało albo się do mnie kleiło.

Prawdę mówiąc, smaruje się za pierwszym dłuższym słonecznym wyjazdem czymkolwiek, po 2-3 dniach jazdy to już skóra jest odpowiednio przyrumieniona i trochę olewam sprawę. Chyba że są letnie upały i wiele dni w drodze, to wtedy od czasu do czasu. Ale nie przykładam wagi do kremu (żona wybiera), oprócz tego, że ma spory filtr, bo podbieram go dzieciakom;) @rower@rowerki
