Nioxic,

Coz they’re assholes.

sues emulator-devs - but puts old roms onto their own products (mini nintendo etc. contained roms that “pirates” had distributed online for years)

never lowers the prices of their games

sues everyone left and right - like Palworld-developers

They issue takedowns on youtube channels for including nintendo game-music or gameplay

and probably more reasons

Nioxic,

indeed. they should sue fitgirl instead, who distributes an emulator, with an included rom and keys etc. ready to play

Nioxic,

I cannot imagine it’ll be any good

crazy taxi was an “arcade” game, basically.

How they gonna fuck this up?

Nioxic,

To fuck over their customers. As usual.

Nioxic,

Neither is very popular…lol

I know of 3 people in my life that have owned or do own an xbox.but almost everyonw i know own or have owned a playstation

Generally theyre not super popular outside of the US.

Diablo 4 continues to walk back changes from its fiendishly unpopular 1.1 patch, boosting XP gain on World Tiers 3 and 4 (www.pcgamer.com) angielski

In the lead-up to Diablo 4's first season back in July, the game received a patch that was universally unpopular. That feels like an understatement—the community revolt was fierce enough to cause an honest-to-Lilith emergency broadcast where the devs stated: "we don't plan on doing a patch like this ever again"....

Nioxic,

This wont save the game…

It was pretty dreadful before the patch too.

Nioxic,

No thanks… lol

I want physical media

Coz i actually own those.

Nioxic,

Quiter buttons??!

Maybe i will have to get one… i hate my current xbox controller. The face buttons are super annoying

Nioxic,

30 fps on a not very good looking game full of bugs

Cant wait to pirate it

Nioxic,

At least github is easier than the shit that is nexusmods

Also there are alternatives

Gitlab… sourceforge…

Ive downloaded a lot of mods from sourceforge over the years

Nioxic,

Well thats only temporary. It always is.

I dont know what this game is though…

Nioxic, (edited )

Qbittorrent:

In the menu theres a search engine you can activate

It requires python but it will more or less auto install it all for you.

Go to the new tab and in the bottom theres a link to a page where you can download plugins for the search function (or maybe you need to just search first? Its been a while… lol)

Download the ones you want. (I just downloaded them all), and throw them into a folder (its all .py files)

Tell the search plugin to install the plugins from that folder. It can inatall them all at once. Just press OK to the ones that might be outdated.

Search for something. Sort/filter as needed, and download.

You can basically download most torrents without opening a browser.

Alternatively the megathread is decent

Nioxic,

Godot is FOSS.

Unreal is decent too i guess but… not free. (Though iirc its free if you publish your game on epic)

Nioxic,

Lol

At least paralives is in development… (its slow though… but looks like a solid alternative to sims)

Does anyone know of any kid-friendly "horror" games out there for children ~7 years old?

My son loves the adrenaline rush of getting scared, particularly with jump scares, however, I have a lot of difficulty finding a game or show which is appropriate for him. He is prone to nightmares, and more adult-oriented “kid horror” is too much (Poppy’s Playtime, Cartoon Cat?) And others like Siren Head. His peers...

Nioxic,

My kid enjoyed that game where youre a lil kid in a yellow rain coat. Little nightmares

Nioxic,

This sounds amazing!! Cant wait to try it

Nioxic,

Compared to does not mean equal to… lol

Nioxic,

Denuvo has a high monthly cost (several thousand dollars, iirc)

This is why they always remove it eventually.

Heres an example

www.overclock3d.net/news/software/…/1

what the DRM’s typical pricing structure looks like. It calls for a flat protection fee of 126,000-140,000 Euros for the first 12 months, 2,000 Euros each month following the first 12 months, an additional 60,000€ flat fee in case the game sees more than 500,000 activations in 30 days, a 0.40€ surcharge on activations on the WeGame platform, and 10,000€ for each additional storefront (if the game is being sold in more than one online storefront platform).

Nioxic,

TLDR: didnt receive review codes until today

Also, review embarge is in 2 days

Nioxic,

Armored core 6.

Nioxic,

Well. It aint getting cheaper. So might as well.

Nioxic,

Thats 400+ ??

Nioxic,

Its way too specific and i am way too busy to run arouns with this thing

Does it even run over mobile data?

Atari Announces Modernized 2600 Console (Releasing Nov 17th) (www.gameinformer.com) angielski

Before the 1983 video game crash and Nintendo’s subsequent takeover of the industry with the NES, the Atari 2600 reigned supreme. The popular console was pretty much the poster child for ‘late 70s/early ‘80s gaming, boasting a vast library of titles that have since inspired a multitude of games for decades to come. Over 30...

Nioxic,

I havnt heard of any one mentioning any old atari games worth playing…

I mean, only one i have personally played is space invaders… which was… not shit.

Nioxic,

You not gonna complain about “woke” ???
