I’m a big Dontnod fan. They really know how to craft an emotional story with some great character interaction and drama. None of their games is perfect, but they are always an enjoyable (and very emotional) ride.

This seems yet another LiS-game-but-different-title-for-legal-reasons (kind of like Tell me why), so I’m really looking forward to it.

I’m not sure how this game would cause any such IP issues if it were to even release tomorrow. It’s not like the game itself is using anything from Steamboat Willy other than the art style, which Disney doesn’t own.

The game is only using an art style. It’s not even Disney’s own art style. I don’t know why this would cause any IPissues whatsoever.

Unless you’re character is actually Steamboat Willy Mickey and the game is using anything or everything else from the short.

I see it. Though, I think it’s a bit of survival-syndrome.

The building looks a lot like the LEGO Fortnite build mechanics too, so I think it’s just a symptom of the genre.
