MrScottyTay, do games w What are some 3D platformer/3rd person shooter hybrids aside from the Ratchet and Jak series?

I would love their to be more games like this. I just finished Nexus and just started rift apart and absolutely loving it. So annoyed we’re not getting another R&C game to 2029. I LOVE the Spiderman games but rift apart is leagues ahead of them.

Thisll also be on PC. I played the demo and I’m patiently waiting for the full release.

Poopfeast420,

It’s been on PC sine March, full release. You can get it in the current Steam Sale for 30% off.

Risk of Rain 2 maybe?

Slappula, do pcgaming w Has anyone tried the stadia controller via Bluetooth on PC?

The most reliable that I’ve found is an Xbox controller connected via the Wireless Xbox Adapter. I’m not sure they make it anymore though. You will probably have to buy a used one (if interested).

Vinny_93,

The latest xbox controllers just correct though Bluetooth, no dongle required. Ave with Design Labs you can get it in any colour scheme you want.

That said, I prefer the Sony controllers and reWASD is an excellent tool to get them to work.

Slappula,

My experience with the Bluetooth on PC is that it was a bit flakey. That may have improved in the last few years though. I ran into a couple of games where it wouldn’t work on BT but worked fine via the wireless adapter.

Moonrise2473,

That same e-waste recycler has new boxed Xbox360 wireless controllers for $20 - I almost bought that then I realized that it needs to buy the proprietary battery pack, the proprietary charging cable and the proprietary USB receiver and it will become the same price of the new Xbox bluetooth controller.

I took a gamble and bought the stadia controller for $15, hope I can find time to flash it to the Bluetooth mode before they close the service

Obejrzałem sobie część wczorajszych i nieźle to wygląda, chociaż zabrakło omówienia kwestionowanej legalności przejęcia.

Drigo, do gaming w it's the steam winter sales, what game did you enjoy playing and want to share?

I just bought Mad games tycoon 2. Because I heard it was a better/improved game of game tycoon which I played a lot. And ofc, I also bought Baldurs gate 3! Honestly I was considering not buying bg3 and waiting for it not to be discounted, because I wanted to give more money to Larian studio haha

If the issue is having to go through Steam to launch the game, then GOG would be the better alternative, as it gives you a DRM-free version of the game that can be installed and run without depending on them.

Just rediscovered Battlefield Heroes through the fanmade Rising Hub.
Pretty sure it’s the perfect kinda game for a group of 10 year olds to play and socialize on.

Okay, I’m really enjoying Deathloop now. At first I wasn’t super feeling it, but as it went on, it seems to have become kind of like “Dishonored, but if it didn’t take itself seriously at all”.

Part immersive sim, part detective/puzzle game, part rogue-lite.

Has a lot in common with the Sexy Brutale as well, which is interesting, but plays very differently.

Weapons are fun and I love the '60s spy-fi vibe, so I’m enjoying it.

DroneRights,

Deathloop is fantastic. Colt and Julianna are brilliantly written and acted, they sell the game singlehandedly. The fact that the rest of it is awesome is just a bonus

Cyberpunk now that it’s been updated. It has combat but is not combat focused. I’d drop it to easy and just play it for the story tbh.

Been through it, although not since the last update or two. Don’t really want to restart it. Also wish it wasn’t first person :)

Void Terrarium is quite cute, I don’t know how combat heavy it gets later in the game though.

Studious_Gluteus, do gaming w Looking for a rec: story oriented RPG with minimal focus on combat

Saible. I just recently played through it. No combat whatsoever. It's mostly about exploring the desert on your hover-bike. I've heard comparisons to Gension Impact, but I haven't played that one, so I can't say for sure.

Telorand,

Vastly different from Genshin Impact. Sable is closer to a modern 3D Zelda game than Genshin, especially with its puzzle platforming sections.

I’ve only played the first three you mentioned, but I would say they’re all far from minimal focus on combat…
