Just acquired Grim Dawn in the steam sale thanks to another post on Lemmy last night. Gameplay-wise, I'm enjoying it, but playing on my steam deck is slightly problematic as it won't show a cursor when I'm trying to select anything (inventory, skill tree, etc). So I have to keep using the dpad until I can guess where I am and navigate that way.

I think there are too many JRPGs that still use their battle system in support of their narrative for it to be considered anything other than a core system in those games. That’s especially the case in lower budget games in the genre.

Larger budget projects are branching more and more into side content/worldbuilding, but I’d argue it’s still highly underdeveloped in the genre when compared with western RPGs, in quality if not also in quantity. Persona and Yakuza are exceptions, rather than the rule. Persona is doing something entirely different (and well enough that it’s being emulated now) while Yakuza, as you say, carry a lot of that over from prior development into its RPGs from the series’ action games.

Bardzo bym chciała, żeby na przykład pierwszy maja był takim świętem dla anarchistek

Byłby, gdyby nie 3 maja, co robi łącznie długi weekend. Ludzie jadą wakacjować.
Z drugiej strony tak sobie myślę - na długi weekend przecież można wtedy pojechać na przykład w okolice Wrocławia, uczestniczyć w we Wrocławiu w tamtejszych obchodach Święta Pracy, dostać ulotkę i swiadomosc, że jest więcej osób pracowniczych i że mamy wspólny cel, i jednocześnie zrobić sobie długi weekend :)

Z tego, co kojarzę, to wy chyba zwykle coś tam planujecie we Wrocku, po demonstracji, wyjście w góry itp., ale może się mylę. Jeśli nie, to faktycznie, dobrzy byłoby coś takiego pociągnąć.
Mi brakuje np. siły i wytrwałości, żeby przekonać bliskie osoby nie ze środowiska, żeby pojechać wtedy do Wrocławia i okolic, włącznie ze świętowaniem Święta Pracy. Może w następnym roku się uda wyciągnąć kogoś :)

I got:

Saints Row 2022 Not actually that bad honestly. I think we were too harsh on them. It’s still fun, the characters are likeable, and it’s got all the stuff you expect for a saints row game.

CP Phantom Liberty Not gonna be able to get this played for a bit but I’m hopeful.

Anemoiapolis I like backrooms and I got Pools a few weeks ago but got kind of bored so hopefully this one is better since it has actual puzzles.

I’m spoilering these. You know what that means. Don’t fucking @ me.

spoilerMage Kanade’s Futanari Dungeon QuestMidnight Castle SuccubusTower and Sword: Succubus These last two are part of a series, and I already played Castle in the Clouds. Even without the porn it’s still a competent side scroller action platformer so I have good hopes for these two.

I misread that as enter the gungeon and got confused. But yeah exit the gungeon is a mobile game so it’s mid to low tier.
