Ściągam sobie muzykę przez spotdl i yt-dlp, syncthing synchronizuje mi to między urządzeniami. To się chyba nawet nie kwalifikuje jako piractwo, bo ani nie jest nielegalne, ani nie jest w celach zarobkowych. Żyje mi się z nią ok jak na moje - bardzo skromne - muzyczne potrzeby.
Zdolność odkrywania nowych rzeczy jest moim zdaniem mocno taka sobie na spotify i również w dzisiejszym silniku rekomendacji youtube, więc trochę tęsknię za czasami what.cd. Dużo bardziej mnie interesuje czego słuchają piraci, niż kto zapłacił najwięcej za wejście na playlistę czy bycie promowanym na serwisie streamingowym. No ale jak wspominałem, muzyka to nie jest wielki kawałek mojego życia, więc nie będę inwestował czasu w piractwo.

The obvious suggestion is Destiny 2, it’s a coop Bungie shooter with emphasis on movement. The expansion campaigns are fun and challanging on Legendary difficulty. Only thing it’s missing is the physics sandbox.
Epic is currently giving away the the Legacy collection for free which has three of the four current expansions. Absolutely worth grabbing and giving a go as I’d recommend to anyone starting the game to just focusing on going through the campaign as you’ll probably have a good, if confusing, time. The big downside is the fact you get thrown in half way through the second game in the serise so if you want to understand the story you will need to look things up.
Icarus (early access on Steam) has been my go to lately. I enjoy the resource collecting, crafting, and building aspect of it. You can turn it on easy mode and it’s very doable as long as you don’t get caught out by a bear 😅 you can do the bear dance pretty easily if you see them coming. The scenery is gorgeous, too.
Happens to the best of us. Some games are in early access for ages. Vehicle simulation BeamNG.drive comes to mind. The first playable version was released to the public in 2013 and it’s still getting regular updates, just received a major one that overhauls the big truck in the game.
Muzyki slucham z kilku zrodel - YT via Invidious, lokalna biblioteka muzyki (apka Innertune, na F-Droidzie dostępna) oraz BBC Radio 1 (stream za darmo na BBC Sounds). Nie mam Spotify i sie dobrze czuje z tym.
Czasami to niewygodne, więc trzeba odpalić soundcloud (nie zamyka się po sczernieniu ekranu tel. jak yt). Co do open.audio, jeśli nie ma na czymś hardbassa, to musimy się rozstać, blyat.
Z reguly Soulseek jest moim największym przyjacielem, muzykę i tak odkrywam grzebiąc w dyskografiach, tagach na RateYourMusic albo czytając o niej tu i ówdzie, tudzież pytając znajomych co tam ostatnio wynorali. A potem to ściągam. Zwłaszcza w szukaniu rzeczy starych i niszowych slsk jest niezastąpiony.
Jak mam trochę piniondza to kupuję na bandcampie. Mimo oczywistych wad tego serwisu nie ma lepszej możliwości wspierania twórców.
Mam też spiracony Spotify z xManagera i takiegoż Tidala, bo czasem w drodze po prostu nie mam jak znaleźć danej rzeczy, albo jestem leniwa i biorę sobie co chcę. Ale nigdy nie zapłacilłabym za subskrypcję firmie która wspiera militaryzm (przeznaczając hajs na wykorzystanie AI w technologiach wojskowych), albo firmie która oszukuje twórców i okrada ich z należnego zarobku.
Before I go into this I want to preface that I love Sea of Thieves (SoT) and it is almost definitely my most played game.
It’s funny that SoT is a culmination of pretty much all of the worst parts of gaming business culture lately and is still a great game. It’s a game as a service, has a cosmetic micro transaction store, premium currency, predatory micro transactions (change character appearance or ship name), released with bare bones features and constantly introducing bugs with every update. And yet it’s also one of the biggest success stories using all of those components. It wasn’t abandoned like some games as a service cash-grabs, the game has quadrupled in features and content, the cosmetics are (mostly) kept well on-brand for the universe and the team regularly communicates regarding both success and failures.
With all of that in mind; ever since I started playing SoT (a week after release RIP Day 1 eye patch) I’ve had a few mates, who’ve never played SoT, tell me it’s a shit game and that Skull and Bones will be a much better game in a month year when it comes out.
I’m always excited to see good games produced even when I’m not intending to play them but Skull and Bones certainly seems like it’ll be another cookie cutter POS game shat out to claim tax on the loss and shut down some time after. Thank goodness we have at least one good pirate game that’s still going strong.
