the ‘good guys’ go in murderous rampages all the time in movies. its just usually framed as a good thing. ‘oh those they killed were evil!’, ‘oh the city they destroyed was for the greater good!’

real life isnt so black and white but they do that same framing irl with varying levels of success.

I’ve replayed rdr2 recently and TAA absolutely DESTROYS the beautiful visuals of the game.

That said stuff like DLSS is a godsend and looks 90% there depending on the situation. Its simply another tradeoff you can make.

My old nvidia can punch above its weight because of it.

thats what turns me off them. you simply can’t play online games without being a tryhard sweat anymore. i just want to smoke a joint and chill in my off hours, not get demolished every match if i dont bring in my friends and tryhard at it.

and no commumity servers because that dont make them money
