My point is that they are representative of how gaming used to be. Good on Germany for treating addiction-based money-extractors as what they are though!

Modern AAA gaming, this is like complaining that all movies are copy+paste superhero flicks because that’s all you see at the cinema!

Portal 2 is definitely the one I pick up regularly, but specifically for the Perpetual Testing Initiative. I’ve already played the main story enough times, but dropping in for a few really well-made user-created levels with a little bit of new Cave Johnson dialogue is great!

I made a post about this earlier today, if anyone knows the game well enough to know how to mass-download levels before the servers shut down, or even just how many levels are included on the disc, then please give me a shout!

That’s not bring cynical, it’s just being realistic. They’re a publicly traded company, every action they take has to (by law?) be to make more money!

Yeah it was only pre-holy mantle that I gave up on, The Lost is actually a pretty interesting character to play now. Is Tainted Lost still slightly easier than original Lost though?

Were they things that don’t usually happen in years 1 and 2? I guess they could just be stuff that was added since I last played!
