You are older than me, I suppose. I was playing it at 11 years old or so. My first CRPG, although my dad had run a D&D game for the family a few years prior so I had a reference point.

I remember my cousin telling us about the Creeping Coins and my imagination went wild, assuming you could loot them and they’d attack you later from your inventory.

Nope. Just normal randomly spawning encounter.

Smaller stakes are better.

They’re more personal, interesting, and relatable.

All these movies that are about the ends of worlds or civilizations… it’s too much.

The Terminator? Yeah ostensibly it’s about the end of the world due to AI run amok but it’s really about one woman fleeing from a seemingly unstoppable force.

The last Star Wars movie? Oh no, the planet destroying weapon now kills stars and is smaller. yawn

I think of this as a JJ Walker vehicle more than Mark Hamill. Saw it several times on cable back in the day.

It’s good schlock, verging on something better.

I get ya, I hadn’t even really noticed since the movie was named in the box below.

But it is frustrating, and I do tend to block communities and posters that seem like advertisements.

Fuck man, I loved that game!

Never beat it without cheating but I loved it!

I’d kick him out because the game came out in 1991 and he is way too old to be with my daughter.

I’ve finished the game three times and keep the end savefile, so I can still go back to my Durge and see what’s new.

Doesn’t bother me. I have HD, don’t bother with 4k, and heck I’d see better if I wore glasses in my living room.

Neat. Makes sense. An asteroid isn’t usually one chunk of rock but several chunks conglomerated.

You think you might break it up but you rearrange it instead.

At least that’s how my dumb ass read it.

My first playthrough I slept with the Emperor and then Wyll, and ended up with Wyll. I killed Karlach for Wyll.

Second one I was with Lae’zel but was a durge. I wanted to be with Karlach since I didn’t have her on my first playthrough but then I killed Isobel. That dooms Karlach.

So this time I’m aiming for Karlach. She’s so fun!

Well that’s hilarious.

My second run on my PS5 has been so terribly glitchy. And yes, it’s a Dark Urge run.

My response to being caught is to murder some more.
