Cyberpunk games would be fine, these rules are about forcing players to watch an ad to experience parts of the game, like when a mobile game makes you watch an ad before you can continue playing after beating a level or when you can watch an ad to get more coins/gems or whatever. Having ads in the game itself isn’t being banned.

Ranked is specifically for the competitive crowd. If you’re just playing for fun, stick to the casual/quickplay mode. 🤦‍♂️

If you’re getting this shit in casual mode, just point out to the dude whining about his team that they should go play ranked instead of expecting people to give a single fuck about winning in casual.

I have to assume they’re targeting 30fps because that would be using all the bells and whistles like raytracing and running at 4k on the consoles; which are unlikely to be able to achieve 60fps or higher with all that shit on.

And, as they have done with literally every single GTA since 3: It likely won’t release on PC at the same time. It will come 1-2 full years later and when it does, will have more features and run at a higher frame rate.
