My issues with 7D2D are countless but the shitty terrain isn’t one of them. I love the way you’re able to destroy and shape the obviously polygon terrain in that game.
It doesn’t look great while you’re doing it but it doesn’t take anything away from the experience.
That’s just new competitive games in general though. The best time to play a pvp game is the first month when there isn’t a clear meta yet and everyone’s having a good time.
Not only that but it’s a worse user experience all around.
I fucking hate the EGS and Xbox stores for browsing new games. Most of the time you’ll get an animated video that’s not game footage and two screenshots that don’t tell you shit.
Not to mention that the formatting is so bad that the client requires you to basically be in fullscreen but you’ve still gotta scroll a mile down to get any info.
I play a lot of OS RuneScape and I unintentionally know a lot of dudes irl names because their wives or whatever start calling for them. We’re all like 40 now so after a few hours our wives come check if we’re still breathing
Feel like this is one of those games that’s super fun but flawed to a point you can’t fix it. Like the last time I played without any cheesy strats, I found myself not wanting to build anymore because the exploders would destroy everything so building a base was pointless.
We’d just find a random gas station or something and just remove any way the dudes could climb up. It’s fun for a bit but after a while you’re just shooting fish in a barrel.
My wife works for the NPS and her old coworker invited us to help out with their eclipse event in Ohio. Apparently they’re already prepping to close all the parking lots and are real worried they won’t have enough rangers.
Eh, I rarely shoot anything with my breaker besides dumping into a stalker/solo in the way stranglers. On harder difficulties it’s just not worth trying to accurately hit any weak spots on like chargers or anything else that would require precise aiming.
Twenty bucks there’s gonna be a big ol post that gets a lot of attention for adding +1 round to ten different guns a month from now.
I’m not sure where you’re getting the “blank wants blank to be blanker” vibes from but you go off.
I personally love the difficulty and to me this is just Nazi Zombies in a reskin. Where the harder difficulties are higher waves… so you’ve gotta run a train, your guns are really only for panic situations, and sometimes the train catches up to you before you grab your packed gun, so you lose it.
