I might be mistaken, but doesn’t HL2 RTX require a high end 5000 series GPU? I guess I should just try it out on my 3080 (with a 1440 screen) and see how it goes.
Can you provide one real world example? An older Windows game that works better on Mac than on Windows?
I will also add that 2015 is a random number. Win10 easily handles anything after 2005 or so. It’s the pre 2005 games that often require some deal of research.
The piece about Mac makes no sense. That’s purely a result of Apple’s decision to drop support. In general, if you are interested in older games, MacOS is not a viable platform.
I do prefer Alien to Aliens, but Aliens is an excellent film as well. They are close.
Over time I’ve started to enjoy T2 somewhat less and definitely began appreciating T1 more.
My biggest issue with T2 is that in retrospective it has more of a summer blockbuster feel to it. T1 also had a lot of action, but none of the teen angst stuff.
Side-scrolling action games are not my cup of tea, but ngl that trailer looked awesome. The artwork is gorgeous and the T2 theme got me all nostalgic (even though I strongly prefer Terminator to Terminator 2; 2 is OK, I prefer the darker and horror-focused tone of the first one).
They just don’t want to be hounded by anyone about transferring gold from one system to the other.
Why do you need to transfer from one system to another? From my understanding (the last Nintendo device I owned was the OG gameboy) the gold points are roughly comparable to steam points. Why would it matter whether you have a Switch 1 or Switch 2?
